Wir waren hier schon einmal zu Gast, Personal Check in alles weiterhin wunderbar, Zimmer inzwischen sehr veraltet aber sauber ( am Anfang) kein Wasserkocher für Kaffee/ Tee Zubereitung wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung, geputzt wurde nur oberflächlich kein einziges Mal wurde Staub gewischt bzw staub gesaugt was mal natürlich auf den dunklen Möbeln sofort sieht, Parkplätze vorhanden und kosteinfrei, Frühstück war sehr gut, es gibt mittlerweile sehr gute Alternativen ich denke wir kommen nicht noch einmal

We spent overnigh in the Boutique Hotel Arta while passign through Novi Sad, Serbia. It exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally beautiful, with a modern chique design. Room and bathroom were spotelss clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and all foods delicious. Staff speak English. The hotel has its own inside parking. Our car was parked a few steps from our door which is wonderful when you have luggae and it's so easy to move it from the car to the room. Nearby there are bakeries and pizza restaurants and take aways open until very late at night. We will definitely go back next time we pass through Novi Sad.

Κλείσαμε το ξενοδοχείο για μια βραδιά καθοδόν προς Ελλάδα. Φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ αλλά μας περίμενε ο υπεύθυνος της υποδοχής όπως είχαμε συμφωνήσει.Ωστόσο δύσκολη η επικοινωνία στα αγγλικά... Αν και είχα ενημερωθεί πως υπήρχε ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης ( ταξιδεύαμε με γεμάτο αυτοκίνητο...) , τελικά στάθμευσα το αυτοκίνητο στον δρόμο , γεγονός που μας ανησύχησε λίγο. Αρκετά μαγαζιά μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο, με πολύ κόσμο Σάββατο βράδυ. Η διακόσμηση του ξενοδοχείου κάπως ιδιαίτερη, μοιάζει να έρχεται από περασμένες δεκαετίες.Παρ' όλα αυτά σίγουρα καθαρό! Μείναμε σε ένα μεγάλο τετράκλινο δωμάτιο. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη ένα πολύ σύγχρονο μπάνιο . Το wifi δούλευε ικανοποιητικά. Περίεργο πρωινό, χωρίς μπουφέ, υπήρχαν μερικές προεπιλεγμένες εναλλακτικές και διαλέξαμε μια από αυτές. Επίσης στον χώρο της υποδοχής υπήρχε η δυνατότητα για αγορά αναμνηστικών ( μαγνητάκια, παραδοσιακά είδη). Μας προσφέρθηκε έκπτωση 10% σε περίπτωση πληρωμής με μετρητά. Σε γενικές γραμμές για μια σύντομη παραμονή στο Novi Sad ήταν μια καλή επιλογή χωρίς κάτι το ιδιαίτερο.

Pupin Hotel seems to be an excellent choice for spending time in Novisad. Central location, luxury rooms, excellent prices. Very clean. Interesting interior design, with lights on ceiling and behind the bed - not very practical, in my opinion, but nothing disturbing or tacky. Excellent breakfast - the variety of the food was amazing, with lot of traditional dishes, very tasty. Novisad seems to be a city with an intense cultural life. Not only I liked the stay at Pupin Hotel, but I enjoyed the city centre architecture, parks, the Fortress (amazing overview)...A lot of young, beatiful people populate its streets, and their vibe is almost palpable. It's interesting to observe how my brain associated Pupin Hotel with their energy and vibe 😊

Our tour company chose this hotel; the location was perfect and the rooms were huge. I had only one complaint; the power shuts off when you remove your key from the bracket by the door. I support conserving energy but would appreciate a power ***** that would stay live so you could recharge devices while you were out. Good breakfast. Don’t lose your room key; a member of our group was told there would be a $25 charge.

Our first holiday in Serbia, Novi Sad and we found the most beautiful and amazing Hotel we could imagine! Room perfect as it can be perfect, with jaccuzzi inside and stunning view at the Danube ( Dunav), all we have wanted we got from the wonderful staff at this amazing place! They went a mile extra for Us, especially the way they have decorated our room on the night we have arrived, could not imagine it would be that perfect! Our special thanks goes to wonderful Sladjana at the reception, extremely nice and helpful and she made our stay feel even more welcoming and better, very professional and friendly with a touch for the guests! Thank you once again dear Sladjana! As for others they were wonderful and to all of them we say thank you! We will deffo come back and celebrate our anniversary in this wonderful place! This is a decent place. Localisation is as good as it gets, it’s like you slept in a hotel right next to Eiffel Tower (or something, I don’t know France that well). Rooms are clean, the television works, staff spoke English (but it would be best if you know how to pronounce „Dob’r dan”, if you want to be nice). The toilets are old-fashioned, but pretty clean and usable. But breakfasts aren’t very good, and you should take that into consideration. Thankfully, there’s a lot of coffee shops around the old town. Would come back again.
