This hotel is superb! Beautiful, spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. The staff are friendly and efficient. Easy access to the beach for swimming and hearty walks. It was very windy when we visited but this was a bonus as everything felt fresh - even in 30degrees. We enjoyed the gym, spa and pool. Breakfast is amazing. We hired a car so it was easy to visit Vejay, Medina Solina, Barbate, Cadiz and Jerez. Might have been a bit tricky to get to these places otherwise. The room was spectacular, with an enormous balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets! Beds were comfortable and the aircon and ceiling fan worked well to keep the room cool at night. After a week here, we both felt relaxed and re-energised.

Arrived with my daughter after a traumatic time at Stansted. My 83 year old mum could not board as her passport never had the full 10 years from issue date . We were greeted at the desk by Ricardo . We explained we had 2 rooms in name of Peters but had to cancel one at the airport. He was so warm and welcoming and more than helpful (we accidentally parked in the underground park ) which you pay for usually . The whole 4 days was so restful and our junior sweet room 227 was perfect. We have no complaints other than the beans at breakfast were always cold . 🤣 The staff all of them so welcoming . Had lovely chats with Mari on the pool bar . We enjoyed the pool bar food far more than the Serena beach bar. The hotel dining area was lovely as was the food . Hotel was super clean . We are in fact returning for the sake of my mother on 5th May . Can’t wait to return . No junior suite this time but at least mum gets to go . Definitely a hotel to return too.

Just a short break but the weather was awesome , blue sky and sunshine. The short walk to the beautiful sandy beach was a bonus. The hotel is furnished tastefully and the staff were friendly. Nightly recommended and definitely be visiting again!

Fabulous welcome from Ana and staff at reception. There had been confusion about our request through *********** for adjoining rooms with young children, this was quickly resolved by staff. Our two grand daughters were the only children in the hotel and were showered with attention by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, staff are so attentive. The facilites at the hotel are excellent and spotlessly clean. The meals we had were all of a fantastic standard. So much attention to detail. The evening singer piano player was very professional. We cannot find fault with this hotel and staff.

Amazing hotel to stay and enjoy the facilities. Everything is new. Breakfast is absolutely superb. The location is perfect in La Barrosa Beach. It is the perfect place for disconnecting and relaxing.

The hotel has a modern decor with a fantastic setting overlooking the beach. The facilities are great and the breakfast is amazing. The rooms are very confortable with a spacious bathroom and a heaven bed.

Very luxerious Hotel with wonderful rooms and a great fresh buffet at the morning and evening. All persons of the big staff are very friendly. Only a few metres to the long beach and the ocean which is clean and fantastic. We‘ll come back for the third time next summer 2024- it‘ s already booked after the return at home…

Excellent hotel. Excellent food. Very clean. Very friendly people. A lot of renovations were made and resulted in a brand new income hall and guest room. Very Nice. There is public transport to Chiclana and from there to Cádiz.

This hotel has been completely renovated. They did an excellent job. We chose this hotel for the first time in 2019 and have been coming back once a year ever since. What is also remarkable is to meet the same friendly and helpful staff.
