It was an amazing experience! Cozy, clean, beautiful. There's an Amazing pool in the Hotel with hammam and sauna! Not far from the Center. But its really easy to get there by tram! A lot of transport around, we used it every day since we didnt have a car.

Great hotel, excellent spa, delicios breakfast buffet, polite staff.

Very satisfying stay

One of the best hotel in Sarajevo. About 4km to old town in a quiet neighbourhood. The room is comfortable for single occupant. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. Heated nice pool. And it has a separate pool for men & women.

Nice hotel and good option for business trip

This hotel is situated 30-40 minutes walking distance from the city centre. It definitely shows its age: things start to fall apart here and there. The biggest problem was that air conditioning was not working in my room. Just couldn't turn it on at all since the on/off button was broken. The bed was comfy, water pressure was great, wifi speed good enough. Breakfast was okay. Staff is very friendly and pretty effecient.

退的時候我和前台説：這是幾十年全球旅行所住過的最差的酒店，不是之一，是最差。 設施老舊到有時空穿越感也就罷了，坊間臟到似乎從來沒有徹底打掃過，被子床單枕頭都是怪味。開水壺的水垢厚厚的。吹風機的臟垢看着10000人用過。保險櫃是壞的。數不勝數。 最不可思議的是衞生間的痛風扇無法關閉，聲音巨響！彷彿人睡在風箱裏的老鼠，幾乎徹夜無眠。叫來的技術人員一問三不知，還在房間裏找空調遙控器，壓根兒不知道他們的空調時手動的。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台接待服務熱情，周到，客房打掃及時高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

原定的酒店超賣，臨時決定入住，比預期的要好。酒店比較老，位置稍微有點偏，不過薩拉熱窩本來也不大，開車去市中心也有停車場可停。附近有電車站去市中心。酒店有停車庫每晚收費10歐，附近也有免費公共停車位可選。 住客可免費享用的桑拿及恆温泳池很棒，桑拿男女共用，我們入住期間的非週末人很少，週末人多。 早餐一般，清真食品不少。 房間設施比較老，但衞生間面積挺大，提供很多毛巾。有免費瓶裝水供應。 附近沒有餐飲，建議市中心吃好晚飯再回酒店。

房間極為安靜，也很roomy，喜歡羽絨的枕頭和被子，前台的人員很和善專業，完全稱得上4星的水平

A la base, nous avions choisi un autre hôtel mais il y a eu un soucis donc le service client nous a attribué celui-ci. En arrivant, nous nous sommes enregistré auprès d'une jeune fille hyper sympa qui nous a super bien accueilli. Les chambres sont bien dans l'ensemble. Quelques manquement mais rien de grave. Le petit déjeuner est énorme. Il y avait de tous les goûts. L'hôtel est doté d'une piscine, sauna et salle de gym. Ce qui est un plus. En revanche, il n'est pas très bien situé. Le soir, nous restions sans dîner car aucun restaurant ouvert dans les alentours. Il y a un tram à côté pour aller en ville mais ne fonctionne pas le soir.

Excelente hotel, com ótimo pequeno almoço e staff super prestável.

住了兩晚，每晚1000RMB。房間設施中規中矩，熱水衹有晚上有。有蜘蛛，後來蜘蛛掉進我襪子裏，害得我丟了一雙襪子。服務完全不到位，沒有人打掃房間，沒有提供礦泉水，沒有更換浴巾。酒店唯一亮點就是游泳池吧。

Kahvaltı çok güzel dakat akşam 10’da restoran ve cafe kapanıyor. Odanın her köşesinde sinek ve örümcek ağları vardı. Sadece ufacık 1 şişe su ikram ediliyor.
