Very good hotel, nice and clean, very good breakfast. 20 minutes walk from metro. I expected more from the pool. Didnt like it.

The hotel is clean. Location wise good. The hotel rent is also reasonable.

The quality of the equipment does not correspond to 5 stars. At the reception, they refuse to provide the services of the exchange office, even though there are five employees. The pool is open to the public and is being trained, so you have a maximum of two swimming lanes available and you are still pushing the others there. Many Russian guests.

We had great experience at the hotel. When we areived their staff were very accommodating and the hotel smells really good. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We asked for more toiletries for we stayed for 2 nights and they gave us 5 days worth of toiletries. We had a great view on our room thanks to the other review that recommended the east side of the hotel. Next time we go to Beijing we know where to stay.

The location is good, there are many restaurants and shops around. However, the hotel services and the room cleanliness are good. Yet, could have found at a better hotel for the price.
