Room door did not close properly, phone in room broken. Room service took several calls to get someone to take an order, staff would transfer call to another and no one would provide service.

THEY DID NOT RESPECT THE PRICE ON THE RESERVATION! POOL WAS OUT OF SERVICE, OLD FACILITIES AND FRONT DESK NOT VERY FRIENDLY NOR HELPFULL

beautiful building it's a shame that it's neglected because the room I stayed in looked old and without updating the furniture the bathroom had mold in the bathtub

Front desk area was really hot! Front desk not friendly and phone was not working in the room. They could not fix it and never informed me that. I had to go to from level 3 to front desk and ask about the phone. Very bad service at front desk. After working all day had to deal with this. I had to go down the restaurant to order a drink when I arrived, then had to go again to order food. Very bad experience.
