Hotel berhampiran Grundig Stadion, Nuremberg

This hostel has a lovely minimalistic feel but is so homely and comfortable as well. So perfect for a trip with friends and is only a two minute walk from the train station and the tram. The breakfast was so awesome and the bottomless fizzy drinks machine was great. It makes Nuremberg a better place!

호텔의 문제인지, 트립닷컴의 문제인지는 정확히 모르겠지만(내가 트립닷컴에서 예약했으니, 트립닷컴의 책임이 그래도 더 크다고 생각임), 해당 호텔은 리셉션이 없습니다. 해당 내용에 대해 공지가 없어서 무작정 짐들고 갔다가 고생했습니다. 다른호텔에서 체크아웃하고 이쪽에 짐만 좀 맡기고 업무를 보고자 했으나 짐을 맡길 수 없어서 기차역 보관함에 맡겼어요. 이메일로 체크인 관련 메일을 미리 보내 줬어야 하는데, 당일날 가서 온라인 체크인 하는데 좀 짜증이 나더리구요. 비도 오고 비 피할곳도 없고... 그리고 출입구가 주차장 출입구 밖에 없어요. 아침,저녁에 문이 막혀있습니다. 처음엔 많이 당황했는데, 바같쪽에 있는 문쪽에 비밀번호를 입력하고 충입할 수 있어요. 안에서는...옆에 끈갔은게 달려 있어서 혹시나 하고 당겨 보니 열리더리구요. ㅎㅎ 내부는 새로 지은 건물이라 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 이부분은 완전 만족합니다. 숙소에대한 정보와 셀프 체크인 정보만 미리 받았어도 이런 불편함은 없었을 거예요. 트립닷컴에서는 꼭 신경 써 주면 좋겠어요.

Location is opposite the central train station and next to city centre. Hotel has an old vintage flair, if that's your thing. The small room is pretty small but will work for short trips if you don't have a lot of luggage.

We've been staying at the DK just about every year since 2002 (the pandemic was the only reason for the hiatus). As many other reviewers have already noted, the location simply cannot be beat, the staff are excellent, and it's a clean, safe, comfortable home base for your trip to Nürnberg. However, as I walked down the hall this December it finally occurred to me why we love this place so much... unlike the cookie cutter hotel chains, it literally has its own personality, like an old, trusted, beloved friend. A lot of that is thanks to the friendly and competent staff, but the building itself, the antique decorations, the stone staircase, the quirky alcoves, the exposed sandstone wall blocks, even the lovingly worn tapestries and rugs immediately transport you back to a slower, more civilized era of travel. Although the modern amenities are all here, no one is rushed or stressed out, nothing about the place screams Trendiness! or Now!! Rather, every room, ever hall whispers quiet class, subdued elegance, come and relax and chat for a bit. And as trite as the cliché is, yes... ”Old World Charm.” There's even a parlor(!) next to the breakfast room where guests can read a newspaper, play the piano, lose themselves in a reverie, or check their smartphones and social media accounts. Trust me, after a day spent exploring the medieval city or an evening in the hustle and bustle of the Christkindlesmarkt, this is a wonderful thing... no matter how old or young you are. Our kids have grown up thinking of the Deutscher Kaiser as ”our” hotel. I hope we - and they - will keep returning here every year for the next 40 or more, and I hope very little, if anything, will change about it.

Location molto comoda, di fronte alla metropolitana, struttura ben curata e personale gentile e con ottimo inglese. Suggerisco un paio di migliorie, dal momento che la clientale é anche business. Probabilmente durante il mio soggiorno l'ostello era full, quindi i bagni non erano puliti come me li sarei aspettati, inoltre due soli WC per uomini per piano mi sembrano pochi, infatti sono dovuto restare in coda. Infine avrei gradito una maggiore scelta per colazione, specialmente per il dolce ma anche per il salato

Very good apartment, managed to wash and dry our clothes in the apartment. Very convenient for travellers especially when you travel with little luggage

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean hotel , nice staff. I loved the spacious and great breakfast room with a nice and healthy sustainable breakfast as well. The comfort room is such an amazing experience with the large double bed and the waterfall shower. Definitely a must in the city 🏙️

Wir waren dort für eine Nacht. Die Lage ist super. Der Parkplatz ist mit 20€ pro Nacht etwas überteuert. 12€ für den Parkplatz wären meiner Meinung nach angemessen. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir nicht mit Frühstück oder ähnliches gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Fenstervorhänge hatten leider dunkle Flecken. Dies wurde dem Personal beim Check-out mitgeteilt. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The reception stuff are nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. There is a small kitchen if you need it. I didn't. What I appreciate a lot, it was the 2 ”welcome” beers and 2 bottles of water in the fridge for free. I would like to stay there again. p.s. I didn't understand why they wake me up at 9am on my departures day, while the check out is at 11am....anyway....

Geräumige Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die vorab Reservierung einer von zwei E Ladesäule war wirklich 1A! Leider war es im Frühstücksraum sehr kalt und ein Baby (＜1 Jahr) Beistellbett für eine Nacht sollte 25€ kosten. So ein Bett kostet neu teilweise 30€. Hier wären 10€ ein faires und kinderfreundliches Entgegenkommen. Apropos Kinderfreundlichkeit das Personal war super Kinderfreundlich und sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Danke dafür.
