Hotel Nuwara Eliya dengan Gim

Emplacement super à Nuwara Eliya. Très bon accueil, très bel chambre avec tous le nécessaire a l’intérieur ! Nous avons tout de même rencontré un problème d’électricité et d’eau chaude. Le buffet est bon mais chère ++ comparativement aux autres hôtels qui nous ont proposé exactement la même chose Bel hôtel mais trop élevé au vu de son ensemble

تجربة سيئة مع هذا الفندق اللي خرب علينا الاستمتاع بالرحلة اللي المفروض تكون اجمل يومين في نوراليا وهي اجمل مدينه في سريلانكا ، لا اعلم على اي اساس يصنف خمس نجوم والحجز فيه مقابل مبلغ عالي ولا يميزه الا انه مبنى ضحم قطع الاثاث فيه صغيره ومتناثرة تصميمه غير جميل بعكس فنادق سريلانكا المصنفه خمس نجوم هو مكان للنوم فقط،، للاسف وثقنا في وكاله السفر السريلانكيه هي من اختارت لنا الفندق على اساس انه خمس نجوم وجيد مع انه كان ممكن بنفس المبلغ اسكن افضل من هذا الفندق بمراحل ،نصيحه لا تعتمدوا عليهم في اختيار الفنادق لانهم سيختارون لكم الارخص ليوفروا، تعاملهم في الفندق فيه نوع من العنصريه وعدم الترحيب ، بداية من الاستقبال الى العاملين في المطعم ، كرت دخول الغرف كل ماخرجنا من الغرفه تعطل علينا لا يشحنونه الامره واحده فقط تعبنا من الصعود والنزول للاستقبال حتى يشحنون الكرت ،الفطور والعشا شكل جميل وبوفيه متنوع لكن الطعم الحمدلله لم نستطع الاكل يتم تحضيره من نوعيات رديئة ورخيصة السمك كله زفرة ولا يستساغ والدجاج كأنك تأكل بلاستيك طعام لا يصلح للاستهلاك الادمي ولا يساوي المبلغ المدفوع في الفندق ، كل فنادق سريلانكا تضع تحذير اذا الطعام يحتوي على لحم خنزير او على الاقل صورته ، لكن وضعوا Bacon في السلطة ولم يتم التنبيه على ذلك مع ان الكثير من العرب كانوا موجودين في الفندق ،، وهؤلاء العرب ضحايا القروبات ووكالات السفر اللي تختار اخس الفنادق لعملائها وانا اعرف انهم مستأون من الفندق مثلنا ، ولو حجزنا عن طريق بوكنق لكان بامكانهم التقييم او الحصول على خدمه جيدة على الاقل،مصنف خمس نجوم وهو فقير بالادوات واللوازم التي تضعها الفنادق الخمس نجوم في الغرف ، سكنت قبلا فنادق في نوراليا تحتوي على حديقه لان هذا اهم مايميز نوراليا وفنادقها لكن هذا الفندق تم وضع كم زرعه وكم طاوله في مساحة صغيرة جدا وجانبية من الفندق واسموها حديقة حتى الجلوس فيها يسبب الاكتئاب

Comfortable stay. Enjoyed the food. The staff was supportive.

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, great scenery, very polite and prompt room service, excellent kitchen staff, great food options for vegetarians, silent, good location. We enjoyed our family stay. I would recommend this hotel for any one travelling to nuwara eliya.

الطاقم جميل جداً وخدمتهم متواصله وسيرفسهم كذالك ولكن حصل شي ازعجني ان لا يوجد بوفيه ولكن يوجد شيف خاص يخدمك في الفطور وبعد امتلاء الفندق في ثالث يوم وفرو البوفيه وعند السؤال اخبروني ان لم يكن هناك زبائن كثيرين لذالك لم نوفر البوفيه ولكن هذا الشي لا يعطي الحق للقندق ان لا يوفر بوفيه لي وشكراً اما باقي التفاصيل جداً جميله كاطلاله وهدوء وخدمه اعطي الفندق تقيم 9/10 The staff is very nice and their service is continuous and they will serve them as well, but something happened that bothered me that there is no buffet, but there is a special chef who serves you for breakfast, and after the hotel was full on the third day, they provided the buffet. When I asked, they told me that there were not many customers, so we did not provide the buffet, but this thing does not give the right to the hotel He does not provide a buffet for me. Thank you. As for the rest of the details, they are very nice, such as the view, calmness, and service. I give the hotel a rating 9/10.

房間中規中矩，老舊房間。單論房間不值1700。完全沒必要花錢來住，這邊的bar、泰餐、印度餐、下午茶都可以walk in，現金刷卡都可以。所有的地方打卡都可以進。很多人都是來打卡吃飯然後住其他酒店。我覺得旁邊的hill club就是不錯的平替，反正都是老房子。省下1000塊幹啥不香啊，土豪隨意。這邊的小黑跟中國人和白人完全倆嘴臉，白人入住都帶你酒店tour一下，介紹一下。帶我們的小黑全程冷臉帶我們去房間就拉倒了，當然你給我臉子我準備好的小費自然也不給你。酒店11點退房，這個要注意。我默認十二點，他十一點半給我打電話讓我退房，不然罰5000盧比……呵呵

Vila ini juga menampilkan perkhidmatan rencam dan tempat berkelah.Gunakan Perkhidmatan bilik 24 jam di vila.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk daftar masuk ekspres, daftar keluar ekspres dan meja/kaunter hadapan 24 jam. Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda dalam vila ini yang menampilkan sebuah pendiangan and sebuah TV skrin rata. Terdapat balkoni atau laman dalam persendirian.Sebuah dapur dilengkapi dengan sebuah peti sejuk, sebuah ketuhar dan sebuah dapur. Rancangan kabel berserta sebuah pemain DVD disediakan sebagai hiburan untuk anda.Bilik mandi mempunyai sebuah tab mandi berpancutan dan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma.

It's a lovely colonial bungalow in the heart of Nuwara Eliya town. The unique point is that, they've done the interior to resemble a rennaisance era European palace resultingbin lovely photos....! If I am nitpicking I would say, the room and the bathroom are comparatively small (if you compare with other boutique hotels of the same price range). But they have a heated outside pool!..... a gym, a spa, a large room with a pool table and a sizeable garden if you want to hang outside the room. Their gardener also told us proudly that they've been continously winning prizes for the best flower garden during the Apirl season. The service was exemplary! Everyone from the Manager to the staff was, friendly, very attentive and very efficient. The food was really good. The portions were quite large and the service was one of the fastest I've seen. And of course in the middle of all this I decided to fall sick ;) and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Accompanied us to the hospital and then sent a care package with blankets, slippers, soap etc. Once I returned, they still kept checking on us to see that I was ok. So, a very special thank you to all the staff at the Westbury Palace!
