外觀：簡直像小時候玩的積木一樣精緻，拍照很出片。 內飾：高貴典雅，年代感足但絲毫不老舊。 餐飲：晚餐有自助和印度餐廳單點，我們選擇品嚐一下正宗的印度餐，咖喱確實比較足，但是能接受。特別要表揚一下為我們服務的SanKaLpa,他是位特別幽默的雅拉 小夥子，熱情的為我們推薦、介紹特色美食，使我們的用餐體驗特別舒適👍 服務：從進入大堂開始每個人都洋溢着熱情，不像有些攻略中講的歧視中國人，完全沒感到。 配套：泳池好美啊，人也少，略隱蔽；小花園溜達轉轉也很愜意的。

Emplacement super à Nuwara Eliya. Très bon accueil, très bel chambre avec tous le nécessaire a l’intérieur ! Nous avons tout de même rencontré un problème d’électricité et d’eau chaude. Le buffet est bon mais chère ++ comparativement aux autres hôtels qui nous ont proposé exactement la même chose Bel hôtel mais trop élevé au vu de son ensemble

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, great scenery, very polite and prompt room service, excellent kitchen staff, great food options for vegetarians, silent, good location. We enjoyed our family stay. I would recommend this hotel for any one travelling to nuwara eliya.

الطاقم جميل جداً وخدمتهم متواصله وسيرفسهم كذالك ولكن حصل شي ازعجني ان لا يوجد بوفيه ولكن يوجد شيف خاص يخدمك في الفطور وبعد امتلاء الفندق في ثالث يوم وفرو البوفيه وعند السؤال اخبروني ان لم يكن هناك زبائن كثيرين لذالك لم نوفر البوفيه ولكن هذا الشي لا يعطي الحق للقندق ان لا يوفر بوفيه لي وشكراً اما باقي التفاصيل جداً جميله كاطلاله وهدوء وخدمه اعطي الفندق تقيم 9/10 The staff is very nice and their service is continuous and they will serve them as well, but something happened that bothered me that there is no buffet, but there is a special chef who serves you for breakfast, and after the hotel was full on the third day, they provided the buffet. 在努瓦裏面，山上天氣比較冷，屋內有暖氣，房間設施有些陳舊了，酒店很漂亮，英倫風的設計，綠色屋頂搭配白色牆麪，非常美

Amazing property. Has a vibe on its own. The room size isn't that big but they have retained its authentic 100 year old building and converted it into hotel rooms. The 6 course meal was good. The service was excellent. The property itself is a wonder and has so much aroma to it with its multiple parks and events that take place. The spice tea offered as welcome drink was something I have never tasted before and was excellent.

Путешествовали по острову и каждый день останавливались в новом отеле. Исходя из отзывов, думали, что этот отель будет самым худшим… но он оказался одним из лучших! В номере есть и балдахин, и горячая вода, и приятное постельное белье, и чайник с чаем с чашками)) и сам номер большой! Всё чисто и аккуратно. Очень приятно было тут остановиться! 👍

الفندق صراحه مره جميل والتعامل راقي الغرف جميله ومريحه ولها اطلاله رائعه انصح فيه وبشده للعوائل والخدمه رائعه وعندهم منظر خلاب ف سطح الفندق تقدر تشوف المدينه كامله البوفيه ممتاز نسبياً مقارنة بالفنادق الثانيه
