Hotel dengan WiFi di O Grove

Estuvimos súper bien las habitaciones genial cama súper grande con terraza,todo muy limpio....muy céntrico el desayuno de buffet muy correcto y la cena de carta super bien la carne estaba buenísima además al quinto día te dejaban probar otros platos más como pulpo,navajas....pedimos una mariscada para dos estaba expectacular;pero tengo que recalcar también la buena atención y simpatía de los trabajadores del hotel pero en especial de los camareros estuvimos muy agusto como en casa...mi hijo se fue llorando no quería marcharse.por eso le doy un 10 y sin duda volvería a repetir lo recomiendo.

En todos los SPA de 4 * en los que me he alojado, el albornoz y las chanclas las proporcionaba el hotel y se encontraban en el armario. Aquí he vivido uno de los momentos más incómodos que se puedan desear. Al hacer el check in nadie ha informado de que el cliente debe recoger el albornoz, subir a la habitación y bajar al SPA cambiado. No sólo hemos bajado en bañador totalmente incómodos con 3 desconocidos en el ascensor, si no que al llegar al SPA una de las chicas nos ha dado un toque de atención que no venía a cuento. ¿En serio esto es un 4 estrellas?. Con un tono bastante borde nos ha dicho que al SPA se accede con el albornoz puesto, que hay que recogerlo primero y bajar después. En la habitación se echa de menos un tendal calefactor para tender las toallas y que sequen un poco antes de volver a utilizarlas. A pesar de los carteles instando a hablar en bajo, por la mañana se oía muchísimo barullo en los pasillos, y el desayuno buffet no es propio de un 4 estrellas. Al devolver los albornoces ya iba cargada de mochilas y bolsas pero la chica del SPA no dejaba de hablar con unos clientes que accedían al SPA por segundo día consecutivo y estar esperando cargada de peso a que dejase de hablar no fue nada agradable. Creo que la dirección del hotel debe aprender un poco de su competencia para dirigir a su personal y al hotel en el camino correcto hacia lo que en hostelería y restauración se denomina SERVUCCIÓN. Para mí uno de los puntos más flojos es el SPA. Se agradece la invitación al pincho de bienvenida.

As far as I know this hotel is rated as four stars, but it could have more. Everything is sleek, modern and very clean. The room I was given was big and comfortable, and it had beautiful views too. Beds were exceptional. There´s also a huge thermal area, you have to book an hour, it seems to be overcrowded always, specially at mid-afternoons, I guess one should ask first when is the best hour. The facilities are very good: huge, at good temperature... and a lot of jets, plus sauna and Turkish bath. There´s also heated swimming-pools outside with the usual things: jacuzzi, jets and so on, and a fantastic non-heated swimming-pool with an independent access. Breakfast was also outstanding, much better than in many five stars hotels. Staff was great: attentive, nice, professional. All in all, except a few really minor details -the access to the garage isn´t ideal, for instance-, this hotel is really outstanding, ideal if you are looking for a break in an area that is also very nice, with a beautiful scenery and full of many points of interest.

Estuvimos este pasado fin de semana en la zona con motivo de un torneo de fútbol. El hotel está impecable, el trato es inmejorable, desayuno muy bueno y la situación del mismo ideal para conocer la zona. Hicimos dos noches, en la segunda de ellas tuvimos que llevar al hotel a nuestro hijo que se encontraba con su equipo en otro hotel, fue debido a que enfermo. Lo comentamos en la recepción y no nos pusieron ningún problema, todo lo contrario. Al día siguiente al abandonar el hotel quisimos pagar lo correspondiente por el niño y no nos quisieron cobrar nada, la verdad que fue un detalle que noa sorprendió para bien. Si volvemos por la zona repetiremos sin duda.
