This hotel was terrible. We had reservations for April 1st -5th. We thought we were being given a room when we checked in. My husband checked in and came to the car to get me since I use a wheelchair or walker to get around. We went to the room and tried to get in. The room key did not work. We went back to the desk and tried other keys. They even gave us another room. None of the keys worked and the clerk seemed not to know how to give us a room. We ended up getting a room at another hotel. The clerk at the Mainstay Suites acted as though he could not refund our money then or any days while we were in town. My husband kept trying to get a refund for a couple of weeks (even back at home), but finally had to call our credit card company to let them know that we do not owe for a room that we never even set foot in. Do not reserve a room here. It was a total waste of time for us, and we were already exhausted from the plane flight earlier that day.

We booked this hotel for a hockey team. The hotel is disgusting. Smells like mold and mildew. Bugs all over the place. Blood on the floor. I have pictures to prove it. The hotel would not refund any money when we tried to cancel. The manager Will was uncooperative as was the woman working the front desk. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

WILL is the best as it’s going to get at this place with Staff and he actually CARES and makes an effort! The rest of staff are bare minimum, they don’t smile when you check in and they all just about do what they want. A housekeeper told me my first stay that housekeeping isn’t suppose to clean just change trash and linens. When I complained Will cleared it up IMMEDIATELY! Will is who you want to ask to speak to you if you have a concern or inconvenience. He will take care of you to the best of his ability. They had me stuck in a hot room not wanting to switch me out, after I talked to Will I was moved within 20 mins no questions asked. The staff dress professional but they’re very stoic and uncaring. Granted the place needs some room touch ups but other than that WILL GIVES REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! And he needs a raise because from my understanding he handles a lot of properties because this one doesn’t have a GM yet. Thank you Will for always making our stay comfortable
