Hotel Oakland dengan Kolam Renang

This hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Bart, it's location is excellent. When you go down, there has so many food choice to choose from the China town. The front desk staff is so friendly, he recommends a lot of nice food to us. The room is clean and nice. Highly recommended

Room smelled of tobacco smoke despite being a “non smoking” hotel.

Ia adalah kali pertama saya di Oakland dan mereka memberitahu saya tentang semua tempat yang menakjubkan untuk dikunjungi dan dilawati. They replaced a broken fridge not fast but they did. Same hustle with a clogged sink. Room service is promised every other day, OK, on requests they finally managed it after 4 nights... They claimed that our prepaid amount was not paid and forced me to contact Trip dot com for clarification. Kind of strange. Our room came with street view which means a freeway + train line, see pic. With closed windows the noise was no issue for us, AC is working fine. For useful hints on the area ask the pretty nice janitor;)

Service was pretty good and staff was friendly. It was close to where my basketball team played, so made it easy to go to and from the gym

Hotel is pretty, but the air conditioning in our room did not work. Could not get the room coooler than 78 degrees, far too hot to sleep comfortably. Also, while there we had a late night snack at the bar. There were ants running around the edges of the table we were seated at.

Honestly the hotel itself is a trip to be inside first of all. I didnt know whether or not our car was going to get stripped of it's parts like all the ones directly outside of the gates. There was a shooting close by that was fun, the staff were friendly they didn't have some of the easiest people to deal with but they were amazing people. It's would be a great hotel if it wasn't for the surrounding area, the elevator being difficult, and some of the people, we saw someone get arrested so that was fun.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is ok but high in car break-ins . Did not have anything happen to me but it’s very visible the crime surrounding.

Honestly, I’ve been in some not so great hotels near airports so I did not have high hopes, but wanted to be close for an early morning flight. To my delight this SpringHill is the best I’ve been in. It feels new and is clean and the room is spacious. The area is quiet, and the hotel offers a shuttle not only to and from the airport, but also from the rental car center. We called and the driver picked us up within 10 minutes as promised. There is a full restaurant and bar, to boot.
