Hotel Oakland dengan Kolam Renang

We were at an event at the Oakland Marriott City Center and switched to Courtyard Oakland Downtown (where we only had to cross the street) after the experience at Jack London Inn (not recommended) which although only a 10 minute walk away changes a lot. Spacious room for four, friendly staff, laundry available, breakfast available. Metro very close that takes you to the airport, San Francisco, Berkley ... ... ... Thank you

Room smelled of tobacco smoke despite being a “non smoking” hotel.

Saya berurusan dengan Enrique dan Renee dan mereka sangat membantu dan manis. Ia adalah kali pertama saya di Oakland dan mereka memberitahu saya tentang semua tempat yang menakjubkan untuk dikunjungi dan dilawati. Mereka sentiasa memastikan saya ok dan jika saya memerlukan apa-apa. Pasti akan kembali kerana mereka berdua.

They replaced a broken fridge not fast but they did. Same hustle with a clogged sink. Room service is promised every other day, OK, on requests they finally managed it after 4 nights... They claimed that our prepaid amount was not paid and forced me to contact Trip dot com for clarification. Kind of strange. Our room came with street view which means a freeway + train line, see pic. With closed windows the noise was no issue for us, AC is working fine. For useful hints on the area ask the pretty nice janitor;)

Service was pretty good and staff was friendly. It was close to where my basketball team played, so made it easy to go to and from the gym

I would not return back to the Claremont. Sat to journal and chair was falling apart. Manager was more concern with being vaccinated than room.

Honestly the hotel itself is a trip to be inside first of all. I didnt know whether or not our car was going to get stripped of it's parts like all the ones directly outside of the gates. There was a shooting close by that was fun, the staff were friendly they didn't have some of the easiest people to deal with but they were amazing people. It's would be a great hotel if it wasn't for the surrounding area, the elevator being difficult, and some of the people, we saw someone get arrested so that was fun.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is ok but high in car break-ins . Did not have anything happen to me but it’s very visible the crime surrounding.

Hotel appears to be renovated recently. Rooms appear to look new. Restaurant staff were friendly and location was close to Oakland Airport.

Did an amazing job with service and even helped us find a spot to eat for lunch. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Was very pleased with my visit and would definitely stay there again.
