We liked everything. Good price, charming facility, great views and easy walk to all central points. Amiable staff, nice breakfasts on a lovely terrace.

My wife and I stayed for three nights. Good location, very safe, nice staff and a comfortable bed with quality pillows.

Car got broken into. Car was parked on the side of the road next to hotel while we went to eat dinner. Broken window and stole a backpack full of shoes and clothes. The actual room was ok, bugs in the bathroom and inside shower. Beds were very hard.

This hotel was an amazing value and location. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower; however, it did not deter from the experience. I definitely recommend.

Great value. Located right downtown close to everything. The only thing that could improve is the hot water. It's mostly warm which is ok for most people but people like me like it burning hot. Still didn't decuct any stars because it's a great hotel.

I felt the authenticity of Oaxaca staying there. The small restaurant had a selection of wonderful fruit drinks in addition to the usual coffee and chocolate. The breakfast was wonderful and tasty. The view from the dining area included San Domingo and the mountains. It was peaceful and private. Easy walking access to the center of activities in the historic district. I was comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly and courteous. Perfect for me. I highly recommend it.

1st and foremost hopefully you read reviews as I always do and I did not for this hotel , if you are a budgeted traveler this is the hotel for you BUT if not don’t stay here ! The regular rooms you hardly fit in the bathrooms and are very very uncomfortable, we paid much more for a suite with a jacuzzi which we only use once as the temperature of the water was in the lower part and not what you expect in a jacuzzi. The cleaning people did not do a good job , never during the 5 night stay they picked up the glasses with water we had left and drank from the night before , I had booked two rooms and my sister made also an upgrade and she never got hot water in her shower even though we told the front desk in several occasions. All in all a terrible experience and if you are looking for a cheap hotel in a good location a don’t care about anything just go for it ! At the end it was me the one to blame as I did not read the reviews ! I know what management is going to write as they always write the same thing, please don’t bother as you don’t do anything about the complaints !

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel, except the pillows. That type of flat memory foam pillow are very uncomfortable. Other than that, loved it all. The breakfast was amazing. Can’t wait to be back. Hope there’s new pillows.
