Kaila City Hotel

Location really good, private part of the beach. All rooms have a small balcony, huge shower and plenty of storage space. Waiting staff are extremely hard working and very friendly. Good selection of food. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room

Kaila hotel was very nice place to stay. All the staff were amazing, the bar/waiter staff especially. However, all the staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very professional, they all just wanted you to have a nice experience. The food was nice (I went all-inclusive) and I consider myself a fussy eater. There was always something I wanted to eat, so dining was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were spotless, very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The only issue was the swimming pool was closed, however it was for cleaning and repairs. Not a major issue as the beach was just a few mins away. Great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ps someone did mention there were a lot of cats, there were a few but they never bothered me.

This was our first visit to Turkey. Definitely won't be the last. We weren't actually supposed to be staying at this hotel but were told we had to take because ours wasn't available. No reason given. But, I can't really complain about anything. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and polite. Please and thankyou go a long way! They brought us drinks and anything else we asked for. I wish I could remember their names but I can't. But the older gentleman who was always there afternoon/evening especially needs a mention. He was absolutely lovely and gave us some chillies. Food was lovely. As pointed out, not totally geared to the English but let's be fair, we were in Turkey! What do people expect? The Turkish kebab night was amazing. There was always something to eat and everything was cooked well and delicious. We were put on the 6th (top) floor and were glad we did. The rooms up there are twice the size of the other rooms as are the balconies. Wonderful views from up there too. Would highly recommend asking for a room on the 6th floor. No issues with the lifts either. Pool area was a bit smaller than I'm used to but perfectly adequate. Saying that, we were there at the end of November and it wasn't majorly busy. The pool bar was great and always manned. If nobody was there, there was always someone keeping an eye out and they would pop up very quickly. Drinks were absolutely fine. The hotel is in a great location. 5 mins from the beach and in the middle of shops all around. Most of the shops take turkish lira, euros or English pounds. I would recommend taking euros tbh. Most seemed to prefer this. We didn't book any excursions but we did go to the harbour and booked a pirate boat trip. Absolutely fabulous and the cheapest boat trip ever. Nearly 5 hours, diving stops, free soft drinks and lunch for 15 euros each! If you want to do a boat trip, Definitely go to the harbour and haggle! Our trip started at 25 euros and it went down the further down we walked. The guys are not too pushy and are friendly. Also had a massage and foam bath at the hotel. Highly recommend this, especially the foam bath if you never had one before. WiFi was free and excellent throughout the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Request a seaview room. Views are amazing. Staff are very friendly and professional. Food is buffet style and plenty of choices. Unlimited beverages, all inclusive. Two swimming pools and plenty sunbeds. Already booked to return in September.

An intimate and cozy hotel, very well located very close to the center of Alanya. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The meals were fresh and delicious with special mention for the grills, salads, fishes and local pastries. A real treat. The management of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Everything is perfectly synchronized. The staff is very serious and they are working very hard but in the same time, they are available for a smile, kind words or good advices. An excellent mix between professionalism and human approach. Respect. Several animations during the week on a very high level done with humor, surprises and originality. To sum up, the hotel is unique and has something special, something magical. You do not go to a simple hotel. You go to a family. We warmly thank you for this wonderful week. This was really the best hotel i ever been When we arrive the reception send us to the restaurant because it was going to close in 10 mn. Then when we came back to the reception we make our check in and the guys who takes our luggage show us our room(Enes) he was very helpful the rooms were clean and the food was 10/10 we will definitely come back to this hotel Thank you Kaila city

Hotel is very nice stuff is amazing the food can be better but it was the Best vacation ever. I Would like to Come back ( melis and soner From the reception were Amazing,helpfull and very kind tkank you guys) the Beach was also very nice thank you all :)
