We have stayed at this lovely hotel before and after several cancellations due to covid we were looking forward to coming back. The staff are lovely and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are clean and well presented and fresh towels daily. The pool area is a lovely and quiet place to relax in the day and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. It was lovely to be greeted by Rocky as we walked in, he is a firm favourite with all the guests. It's a shame the breakfast has changed as they used to do a buffet style breakfast where you could choose what you had whereas now it is given to you at the table. We will be returning again however as the friendliness of everyone there is amazing and Oba is a great little town. Our happy place 😊

Kaila city is my first holiday abroad can’t fault the hotel all on all bar staff and waiters are all kind and welcoming will go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need ☺️ beds are comfy with daily cleaning wide range of different foods and drinks would definitely visit again 😄

Быстро заселили, номер чистый, светлый, есть холодильник, кондиционер, wi-fi, фен. Номер на пятом этаже с просторным балконом с видом на город и на гору крепости Аланьи. Данный балкон был с боковыми стенами, поэтому когда уходит солнце можно приватно посидеть на балконе. На первом этаже отеля есть ресторан со вкусной едой, например микс морепродуктов. На крыше есть небольшой уютный бассейн. Бассейном не пользовался, так как для себя считаю что туристическими бассейнами пусть пользуются дети и женщины. Пляж в шаговой доступности. Сотрудники отеля приветливые и отзывчивые. Спасибо Hotel Kleopatra за теплый прием!

Öncelikle merhaba geçen hafta yapmis olduğum tatilde en güzel tarafından bahsedeyim yemek çeşidi az ama lezzetli odalar temiz ve güler yüzlü ama resepsiyon da sanırım ismi huseyindi güler yüzlü bir beyefendi vardı bizimle de çok ilgilendi odamıza süs yaptırdı ona ayrıca teşekkür ederim 🙏

Ditutup pada Oktober 2020. Pangsapuri ini sangat bagus. Sebelah pantai seberang jalan. Tetapi jauh dari bandar dan semua pasar. Tak senang nak naik bas. Bilik tidur di dalam bilik. Terdapat 2 sofa di dalam dewan. Dapur dengan dapur. Balkoni besar, penghawa dingin berbayar. Internet agak bagus. Terdapat kolam renang dengan kerusi berjemur. Boleh tahan. Tetapi airnya sudah sejuk had 1. Air panas. dia meninggalkan. Hanya hangat pada siang hari. Dipanaskan oleh matahari 2. Paip yang lemah. 1 bilik tidak mempunyai hos pancuran sama sekali. Basuh diri anda di bawah paip. Semuanya mengalir. Menetap di bilik lain yang lebih baik. 3. Masa pemanasan jubin adalah panjang dan rapuh 4. Pembersihan. Menukar tuala sendiri di meja penyambut tetamu. Kebersihan sedemikian, tidak pernah sebelum ini. Saya mengambil sampah sendiri

The hotel was very clean and all the staff worked so hard to keep it so clean . Staff were polite and friendly .The Animation team tried really hard to get everyone involved with the entertainment during the day and in the evenings. They were all very friendly. The children’s disco started at 9pm and then Adults entertainment started at 10pm and only lasted an hour . Personally it would have been better if the mini disco started earlier . . Food was nice however after 9 nights it became repetitive with very little English food . I guess that’s the same with any all inclusive holiday . It does get repetitive Burgers and chips were available at the snack bar daily . As a suggestion it would have been nice to have Pizza more frequently. They had a Turkish Evening and the food was lovely . On the same evening they did pizza so it was a difficult choice to make so I went for Turkish in hope that they would do pizza again but they didn’t . . The hotel has guests of all nationalities we found some extremely rude . People leaning over you whilst you are getting your food and pushing in the queue . Good manners cost nothing! The sun bed situation is beyond a joke . There are not enough sun beds for the amount of people at this hotel .We would get up at 7am and stay with our beds all day however we did witness people reserving beds early in the morning leaving them all day and not returning at 4pm 😡 This is not on when there are barely enough chairs to sit on . We did see a cleaner remove room towels from some beds but that was all .The hotel does clearly state reserving sun beds is forbidden but this rule isn’t enforced .This definitely requires better management . There is room for some more sun beds to be provided . The hotel is situated in a really good location with lots of shops and bars close by . We didn’t visit the beach because it was 42 degrees so it was far too hot . It was a little walk from the hotel but in the heat it was too much . We can recommend memos bags opposite the hotel . They were very friendly and not at all pushy which we really liked and also Sua Tours for their pirate ship foam party boat trip .We found this good value for money and as an added bonus we saw Dolphins which was amazing.

Недорогой, но уютный отель расположен в центре города, совсем рядом с пляжем Клеопатры, фуникулёром, Археологическим музеем и прочими достопримечательностями. Уборка номеров регулярна. Они вместительны, с высокими потолками. Некоторые детали интерьера ждут обновления, но это не критичная проблема. Кондиционер -- платно. Вайфай сильный и стабильный -- в отличие от многих других, даже более дорогих, гостиниц Аланьи.

Gayet hoş ve sakin bir otel. Çalışanları gayet sıcakkanlı ve eğlenceli. İmkanları açısından aynı değerdeki otellere nazaran daha avantajlı . Aurası bakımından pozitif enerji yayan bir otel. Tavsiye ederim. İşletmeci ve çalışanlara çok teşekkürler 🙏
