The staff was so friendly and humble. Even though there were small concerns, with their polite manner, they immediately fixed them making our stay pleasant and cozy.

I stayed here for three nights and it was all right. It seems you cannot expect the same standards in Samoa or most of the South Pacific so if you compared this to Sheratons in other parts of the world it's definitely lacking. The room is generally fine but there are small things like the curtains that need renovation. The balcony overlooking the water was great and the staff is very nice. The location is good and central but be careful with dogs. This isn't the hotel's fault but if you try to walk around there are dogs not locked up by their owners and some of them are vicious. I got bite walking to Vaiala Beach. The Samoa govt needs to do something abt dog owners letting their dogs wander outside their properties. When I told the hotel guys I got bite they acted like this happens all the time.
My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests.
Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night.
The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench.
Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!
The inn was a little far from the city center.
I chose a Samoan-style villa, and it was good except for the mosquitoes. For breakfast, we also had fruits unique to tropical countries.
Also, the interior of the reception was very cute, with beautiful colors that were typical of Samoa.
The location of the hotel is quite convenient, can help call a taxi, can also rent a car, the room is wide and clean, the service staff is warm and friendly. The only downside is that the Samoan network is not good, and the hotel's WIFI has not been connected.
With a stay at Hotel Elisa, you'll be centrally located in Apia, just a 5-minute walk from Flea Market and 8 minutes by foot from Fish Market. This family-friendly hotel is 0.7 mi (1 km) from National Parliament and 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Immaculate Conception Cathedral.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool, or other amenities including wireless internet access (surcharge) and concierge services. Additional features at this hotel include babysitting (surcharge) and a television in a common area.
Grab a bite to eat at Beachcomber, a restaurant which features a bar/lounge, or stay in and take advantage of the room service.
Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Event facilities at this hotel consist of a conference center and meeting rooms. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Make yourself at home in one of the 22 guestrooms. Bathrooms with showers are provided.
Service was great but the hotel requires huge makeover. Bathrooms & rooms are outdated.
It’s good for night stay but won’t recommend for longer stay. Breakfast’s ok but each to its own😀
Positive note, reservation was smooth.

GGuest UserI stayed here for three nights and it was all right. RRyanMarkThe facility was clean and modern, but the shower didn't drain fully leaving a slippery puddle away from the drain hole. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. On separate occasions the mirror was left wet, the bins unemptied, the towel unchanged and the bed not made up properly. The programmable safe didn't open once locked, and the key card had to be reprogrammed to give access to the room.
Once, while resting in my room in the early afternoon, someone tried to enter my room but the latch stopped them. I quickly checked outside, thinking it might have been housekeeping, but no one was there except someone - a burly obese island man in singlet, shorts and jandals - walking quickly around the corner. I believe it was another guest who'd somehow gained access to electronic access cards, and who was raiding other guest's rooms. It was after that incident that my key card failed to work, and I had to visit reception to get it reprogrammed.
The staff were generally courteous and kind, but really only going through the motions to fulfil their role. No one stood out as loving the work they do.
The egg station couldn't make poached egg. That had to come from the kitchen, and they had to boil the water first and it was an inordinately long wait. In a previous visit to Samoa, at a hotel in Savai'i, the egg station had a pan with simmering water for poached eggs, and they delivered poached eggs as quickly as any other style of egg.
I visited other hotels for events around Apia on this visit. I'm now open to staying at other hotels after this visit.

GGuest UserIt’s a average place, restaurants was okay, looks like it’s still trying to find its place, except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now, hard to get food apart from the restaurant there, that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better
VVASILYEVNice hotel on a beautiful secluded ocean coast. Pretty spacious bungalow, clean enough. There is free wifi. Average breakfast: basic - free (pastries, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea) and paid eggs in different forms with sausage, bacon, etc. The hotel restaurant serves dinner. The beach is only suitable for snorkeling at high tide, as finely, a lot of coral and stones. And there are always waves of different intensities.
