Other hotels may be worse, but check them all out before going to Moxy. The hotel was noisy inside and out. The pillows were old and lumpy. The room was quite clean. The common parts were filthy. They offer a ”free shuttle” but charge for the return to the airport and you cannot pay on the bus. They did not provide me with a bill and despite me asking them seven times, they still have not - after two weeks of polite requests. They must get many complaints about their dirty common areas and poor administration, when I gave them feedback they sent a standard message back which did not respond the feedback and did not provide my bill.

The hotel is in an office park/industrial area very close to the airport. The hotel had our reservation through our booking site but was unable to process the payment they received from it so we had to pay for the room again to complete checking in. The hotel resolved the issue with the booking site overnight so we did receive a refund in the morning. The minimal interaction we had with the staff was pleasant enough. As others have mentioned, the onsite restaurant has minimal offerings at best. We had a decent pizza. The hotel was directly under the airport's flight path but the room did have fairly good sound insulation. There was ample parking @ 10 Euros (May '24). The room was warmer than expected when we entered. However, like many hotels, the lights and air conditioning do not function unless you have a card in the slot near the door. We were hopeful that the room would eventually cool off (set on max AC) but it never did on a warm, but not hot, night in May. After a long day in Austria, a long drive to the hotel and with early flights in the morning we didn't want to see about switching rooms after we were already settled. It made for a couple of tired travelers the next day. There are other similar hotels in this class near the airport, with larger rooms, better food and at similar price points, go with one of them.

We came back to this hotel after our stay in 2019. It has really become so much better! This time the room was spacious, very well air-conditionned. The staff was attentive, especially Maryam during brekfast. Very quiet. Very tasty breakfast. Strong wi-fi

This is for sure a very nice hotel, and the staff was very friendly at check-in, despite we were late (arrived just before midnight). The room we had (family room) was good sized, clean and he all you need for a stay. We ordered the breakfast, and it was a bit expensive for sure, around 42€ for 2 adults.., so even when the food and the selection was very good it was a bit too expensive.. In general for sure a hotel I can recommend if in need to stay a night outside the airport, but as mentioned a bit expensive, that’s why I give 4 out of 5.

Great place and great people. Felt like home .Reception it open 24/7. The management amazing. Rooms are very clean and the stuff very friendly. They have a nice restaurant with nice atmosphere where you can have a great breakfast or you can have a small party .Looking forward to stay at this hotel next time.

We booked this hotel (2 rooms) through ******* prepaid. When we arrived at 1:30am, first we were told they only had one room reserved. After showing the front desk clerk our receipt from *******, only then did they acknowledge the second reservation and gave us a room. To our surprise, the room was for a single traveller. I went back to the front desk and said the bed was too small for my son and I to share and the front desk clerk told me that's all they had (even though we booked a room with two doubles). The clerk told me that it was our responsibility to call the hotel to confirm the room types after we booked and paid for the room on *******. The good, the hotel is generally clean, and close to the airport. The bad, the air conditioning didn't work in our room (we had it on full blast, but the room stayed warm all night). There was no hot water! We woke up at 7am to leave for our flight could only have cold showers. The shuttle - we asked about the shuttle and the front desk clerk told us if we had more than one suitcase we couldn't use it?! In general, stay here if there is nowhere else to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it.
