The location of this hotel is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and had a huge variety of food for breakfast. It is attached to the mall so you can go to the mall for a dinner or the hotel, also a beautiful sky tower on the 65th floor. The service at the could have been better. They ran out of cutlery at breakfast and the cleaning service only replaced one towel, the wifi didn't work in my room despite them sending 2 technicians. For a quality brand of hotel zi expected service excellence. Having said that the hotel did make an effort. Rebecca the hostess at the breakfast buffet was fantastic . The location is why you choose this hotel so its perfect. It was my birthday and the hotel provided me a birthday cake and red wine which was really special. Thank you Shangri La

Bahagian terbaik tentang hotel ini ialah kemudahan kerana ia terletak berhampiran dengan Stesen Kereta Api Selatan Wenzhou dengan kedai serbaneka betul-betul di bawah hotel. cuma tidak berpuas hati dengan kebersihan kerana lantai kotor semasa kami mendaftar masuk, dan peti ais tidak berfungsi kerana ia 'tidak sama dengan yang ada di rumah' menurut pelayan wanita ketika kami menghubungi. keseluruhan 3.5/5

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, berhampiran sungai dan air pancut muzik, serta bertentangan dengan Hangzhou Grand Theatre. Hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki ke City Balcony di tepi Sungai Qiantang, tempat terbaik untuk menikmati pertunjukan cahaya percuma pada waktu malam. Hotel ini juga hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah outlet yang besar. Bilik-bilik hotel mewah, selesa dan luas. Sarapan bufet pula menawarkan pelbagai pilihan.

My room smelled like cigarettes which is relatively normal for China, BUT! I asked for a non smoking room yet there is an ashtray, when I wanted to do my own laundry they tell me that they’ll do it and send it to my room. Over 12 hours later my laundry was still not sent to my room. It takes 1 hour to run a normal cycle, and nearly 2 hours to dry with low heat. Why did it take 3x the amount of time? And the toilet was not clean, these brown specks.

Hotel have contacted me regarding my previous comments and review and have successfully resolved most of my issues, appreciate their quick response.

Special thanks to Hans at front office, he’s a very professional manager, his English is very fluent and even Japanese and Cantonese. Through our conversation, I learned that he had worked at several upscale hotels,including the Grand Hyatt and Alila. He knows a lot about tourist attractions in Haining. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, breakfast is also plentiful.👍

這次入住體驗很棒！房間視野絕佳，一面是蔚藍大海，一面是青翠山景，風景超治癒。早餐自助種類豐富，強推他家的海鮮麪，湯頭鮮濃，料也很足，吃完很滿足。整體環境和地理位置都很滿意，性價比很高，下次有機會還會再來！

Beautifully designed gardens and architecture, be prepared to spend a lot of time exploring the grounds, the walk along the lake might be much more pleasant than public trails without tourists, giving an experience of serenity experienced by statesmen and poets decades and centuries before. We were offered a generous upgrade to Building 08 close to reception and the black pearl tier restaurant, the food there left an impression on the palate and the wallet, more so the latter. All in all a wholesome, pleasant and eventful stay.
