酒店前面和後面都有停車位，停車方便。周邊很安靜，門口就有公交車站，去南湖、月河街等主要景點都很方便。 酒店衞生還不錯，房間沒有異味，熱水也很好，唯一不足就是家庭房的小床太硬了，一開始不知道一下子坐下去着實硌了我一下。家庭房的大床旁邊一開始也找不到充電插座，後來發現隱藏在牀頭櫃後面，需要把牀頭櫃移開才能使用。 總體來説還是可以的，服務人員態度也很好，比較滿意。

Kemudahan bilik ini dilengkapi dengan tandas pintar, TV projektor, peti sejuk, tab mandi, dan lain-lain, serta meja solek dan sofa untuk kami Biliknya besar dan pengalamannya sangat hebat! Kebersihan: Keadaan kebersihan sangat baik, ibu saudara melakukan kebersihan tepat pada masanya, dan bekalan pergigian, air mineral, dan uncang teh yang disediakan di dalam bilik diisi semula tepat pada masanya! It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China.

An amazing hotel. They really took care of us right from the checkin. Rooms were so luxurious. Absolutely fabulous hotel. Breakfast spread was so good. I could eat everything. All the staff spoke good english. I did not expect this from a small city in China. All 5stars to this 5star hotel.

I liked the high ceiling and the beds. Chinese-style breakfast was delivered to the room. It was so good! And lots of diners nearby. A supermarket is right in front.

I stayed in room 8888 because my itinerary was particularly tight, and I had an urgent matter to attend to that day. When I packed my luggage, I found that I hadn't had time to deal with my laundry, so I decided to put it in the laundry area on the 7th floor to wash it first. I originally just planned to wash it and deal with it myself when I had time, but as the departure time approached, the clothes had just been put into the washing machine and hadn't started to run yet. I was in a panic, afraid that it would delay my subsequent itinerary, and worried that the clothes would get moldy and smell bad if they were left wet. I didn't know what to do at that moment. Just when I was at a loss, I happened to meet the hotel staff on the 7th floor. With a try-it-out attitude, I went up to him and explained the situation: I was in a hurry to leave and my clothes were being washed in the washing machine. Could he please help me dry them in the dryer and deliver them to room 8888 after they were dried? I was originally worried that it would cause trouble for the staff or that they couldn't help me in time, but to my surprise, the staff didn't hesitate at all. He patiently reassured me not to worry and promised me that he would keep an eye on the laundry process and deliver the clothes to the room as soon as they were dried, so that I could go on with my own business without worrying about the clothes. Hearing these words, I immediately let go of my anxiety and rushed to my schedule. During the whole process, I didn't pay attention to the laundry at all. I was fully focused on handling my urgent matters. When I was done and returned to the hotel, I just opened the door and found that the clothes had been neatly placed in the wardrobe of the room. The clothes were dry and fluffy, with no wrinkles and a faint fragrance. It can be seen that the staff not only completed the drying on time but also carefully organized it. Looking back on the whole process, from my temporary request for help to the staff's prompt agreement, to the thoughtful drying and timely delivery of clothes to the room, every link was done impeccably.
