Last minute change of plans led me back here as the choice is simple due to the excellent customer service, comfort, and cleanliness.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and everything was well organized. A special thanks to Lucy for her kind and helpful support throughout our stay. We would happily come back again.

Location is perfect. Close to Wenzhounan station with bullet train, light rail and long distance coach under one roof. From hotel 2nd floor there is an exit that leads to the skybridge that is connected to wenzhounan. Just look for the giant figurines. From wenzhounan look for the sign ”hotels” that leads to the skybridge. Didi to hotel cost less than 20 rmb. Pls note there is a designated pick up for online car hailing service. Different floor from normal taxi. No handsoap provided. Breakfast is great. Room is big.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and had a huge variety of food for breakfast. It is attached to the mall so you can go to the mall for a dinner or the hotel, also a beautiful sky tower on the 65th floor. The service at the could have been better. They ran out of cutlery at breakfast and the cleaning service only replaced one towel, the wifi didn't work in my room despite them sending 2 technicians. For a quality brand of hotel zi expected service excellence. Having said that the hotel did make an effort. Rebecca the hostess at the breakfast buffet was fantastic . The location is why you choose this hotel so its perfect. It was my birthday and the hotel provided me a birthday cake and red wine which was really special. Thank you Shangri La

Special thanks to Hans at front office, he’s a very professional manager, his English is very fluent and even Japanese and Cantonese. Through our conversation, I learned that he had worked at several upscale hotels,including the Grand Hyatt and Alila. He knows a lot about tourist attractions in Haining. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, breakfast is also plentiful.👍

The hotel has historic and traditional elements combined with the comfort of modern hospitality. The room was spacious and well equipped with a welcoming fruit and tea set. The stuff was attentive, even though they spoke just a little English. They should revise and improve their „room service“ understanding - we ordered some food at the Michelin star rated hotel restaurant and had a long discussion about being delivered to our room. And to our disappointment it was delivered in plastic boxes and with disposable cutlery. Not an enjoyable arrangement for an „in room dinner“. Besides that experience we think it’s a special place along the Westlake and worth to visit.

Very clean and cozy. One of the best hotels I ever visited. Breakfast was good. I reccomend this hotel for everyone who plans to stay at Wenzhou

I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness.

It’s always a Pleasure to stay at this hotel, the team at the Reception is so Welcoming & always try their best to meet up your request I always prefer to stay here for its Overall Welcoming Feel and Great High Ceiling Lobby The rooms are spacious and have a good view of the mountains surrounding the hotel. Best mall of city are in close proximity so you get the best shopping experience as well. I would recommend 100% Busiemss Travellers ri stay at this Propery to feel what’s VALUE FOR MONEY
