酒店前面和後面都有停車位，停車方便。周邊很安靜，門口就有公交車站，去南湖、月河街等主要景點都很方便。 酒店衞生還不錯，房間沒有異味，熱水也很好，唯一不足就是家庭房的小床太硬了，一開始不知道一下子坐下去着實硌了我一下。家庭房的大床旁邊一開始也找不到充電插座，後來發現隱藏在牀頭櫃後面，需要把牀頭櫃移開才能使用。 總體來説還是可以的，服務人員態度也很好，比較滿意。

Nice hotel with a very good service..I would like to give compliment to Om Kumar who provide very good service to us..Breakfast has a wide variety and good combination of western and Chinese foods..only downside abt this hotel is the location which is quite far from the metro station. Walking to West Lake is also very far and around 40 minutes..not like what was mentioned around 20 minutes..

Kemudahan bilik ini dilengkapi dengan tandas pintar, TV projektor, peti sejuk, tab mandi, dan lain-lain, serta meja solek dan sofa untuk kami Biliknya besar dan pengalamannya sangat hebat! Kebersihan: Keadaan kebersihan sangat baik, ibu saudara melakukan kebersihan tepat pada masanya, dan bekalan pergigian, air mineral, dan uncang teh yang disediakan di dalam bilik diisi semula tepat pada masanya! Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik. Meja penyambut tetamu sangat bersemangat Sebarang masalah diselesaikan tepat pada masanya. Mereka juga memberi kami sarapan pagi ***a Barat. Kualitinya juga sangat bagus. Secara keseluruhan, harga di luar jangkaan Dengan standard dan perkhidmatan hotel lima bintang, saya pasti akan menempah di sini lain kali saya datang ke Hangzhou!

Special thanks to Hans at front office, he’s a very professional manager, his English is very fluent and even Japanese and Cantonese. Through our conversation, I learned that he had worked at several upscale hotels,including the Grand Hyatt and Alila. He knows a lot about tourist attractions in Haining. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, breakfast is also plentiful.👍

酒店外觀獨具一格，地理位置也很特別，感覺雖在市井但又隔離市井的感覺，而且酒店離商場非常近哦。酒店大堂周圍的迷你花園很優美，經常看到遊客在那邊小憩，非常愜意，前台姐姐服務很周到，小水果送的非常及時，要是種類再多一點就更好啦，住宿環境偏日系，榻榻米睡得很舒服，躺在上面看免費的投影電影非常之爽，早餐時間可以延遲到11點，簡直是懶人的福音，總體體驗感很好，推薦推薦！

An amazing hotel. They really took care of us right from the checkin. Rooms were so luxurious. Absolutely fabulous hotel. Breakfast spread was so good. I could eat everything. All the staff spoke good english. I did not expect this from a small city in China. All 5stars to this 5star hotel.

The rooms were a little older than in the pictures. Loved the service and location. It was always clean and tidy in our room when we came back to the room. In overall a very good stay.

I immediately decided to change the hotel when I couldn't adapt to it. After comparing it on Ctrip, I decided to choose this hotel. I was looking forward to having a comfortable and pleasant stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I booked an elegant twin room, but since I prefer a king-size bed, I asked the front desk staff for a room change. I originally just casually communicated my request, but I didn't expect the hotel staff to be so gentle and patient throughout the process, with no sign of impatience at all. When I learned that I wanted to see the property in person to choose, the staff immediately put down their work and accompanied me to view several large bed rooms, carefully explaining the layout, lighting and living advantages of each room, allowing me to compare and choose slowly, without any hurry or perfunctoriness. After comparing and contrasting, I finally decided on room 9005, but unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned yet, so I couldn't move in immediately. I thought I would have to drag my luggage and wait boringly, but I didn't expect the hotel's thoughtful arrangement, which directly swept away the irritation of my journey. After I made it clear that I was willing to wait, the front desk took the initiative to help me store all my luggage for free, and kindly reminded me that I could go out and have fun without being burdened by my luggage, freeing my hands and relaxing my mind and body. What touched me most was that the staff took care of me all the time. After the room was cleaned, they informed me on WeChat at the first time and helped me to send the luggage directly to the room, so I didn't have to go back to the front desk. From accompanying to view houses, patiently waiting, luggage storage, to real-time progress synchronization, luggage delivery to the door, every link is thought to be extremely thoughtful, the whole process is gentle and meticulous, the service is in place, and there is no omission. When I am away from home, I am most afraid of encountering a situation where I am treated coldly and my requests are ignored, but this hotel, with the most sincere attitude and the warmest service, smoothed out all my previous unpleasant stays. There are no exaggerated gimmicks, no deliberate flattery, only genuine details that care about guests, which makes me feel full of warmth and respect when I am alone. I am truly grateful to all the staff for their attentive service, and this stay has completely changed my perception of travel accommodations.
