Les Jardins d'Adalric

Spent two nights at Les Jardins d'Adalric in June as a family of four. We had a family room, which we selected for extra space, needed with two teens. Disappointed in the cramped room, dangerous stairs, and non functional kitchenette. Example: the only way to plug in the microwave was to physically pick it up (it's heavy!) and set it on the floor where it could reach an outlet. There it blocked access to the one bathroom. I was constantly worried about one of us taking a fall down the stairs, and I can't imagine why there was a dining table on the loft level as it would be foolhardy to carry dishes up and down the staircase. The room is an attic and has very few "normal" walls, they are mostly angled, so we constantly bumped our heads. The room was furnished with a random assortment of old chairs, worn out couches, and breakable vases, very odd choice for a "family" room and if you have small children, I wouldn't even think about it. We were so uncomfortable and dissatisfied that we checked out early but nobody at the hotel inquired why; I do not think they are interested in Americans or perhaps families - or, perhaps more likely, they are well aware of the shortcomings of their rooms. I should also note the receptionist said we could use the outdoor tables to eat takeout dinner, but could not drink our own wine, purchased that day along the Route du Vin, because the hotel bar sells wine. It is a wine tourism region??? This seems very bizarre to me and not really supporting the local wineries or the Route du Vin experience. Finally, the shower "door" is a half-door that does nothing to stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor. I appreciated the free parking and functional Wifi. Otherwise, I regret staying there.

Hotel bien situé . 10 mins à pieds du centre ville d'Obernai en passant par le petit sentier à côté de l'hôtel. Vous trouverez pharmacie, vétérinaire, mcdo et un Norma juste à côté. La piscine de l'hôtel est propre, sympa . Vous pouvez demander des raquettes de ping-pong. Le petit déjeuner est copieux , variés et délicieux. La chambre spacieuse , fonctionnelle mais qui aurait méritée un peu plus de nettoyage .... Si vous voulez vous servir des prises il faudra avoir les lampes allumées ... Personnel serviable et accueillant. Parking sécurisé.

Nous avons sejourné 2 nuits et nous serions bien restés si il y avait eu de la disponibilité mais le beau temps a fait que les réservations etaient nombreuses. Belle chambres et personnel serviable et sympathique. Pas loin du centre d’Obernai, 15 min à pied. Superbe jardin, terrasse et piscine. Nous reviendrons.

L'hotel est très beau les chambres propres et confortables. La loterie est très bien. La piscine est dans un joli jardin et je m'y suis même baignée le 30 avril l'eau était à 17 degrés. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien buffet à volonté avec beaucoup de choix en salé et sucré

Nous y avons passé une nuit fin décembre. Un très bon accueil. Un hôtel fonctionnel, propre, calme. Nous avons apprécié. Parking extérieur fermé la nuit, ce qui est bien pratique. A 10 minutes à pieds du centre, par un chemin piéton. Une bonne adresse pour une étape

Accueil, professionnalisme du personnel, petit déjeuner sympa, chambre confortable et bien équipée, hôtel très bien situé, proximité des transports publics et du centre ville, grand parking privé. Je ne peux que le recommander . Merci
