Turtle Beach Towers

First i was switch from turtle beach hotel to Sandcastle never booked that hotel and was placed in a room filled with storage material because all rooms was booked no light turned on room was dirty bed bugs spend most of my time sleeping in my car to get a shower wow that was a struggle no hot water even to warm my food up no microwave came in to a big fight at the pool with long term guest who being at the hotel for 9 months following starking these jamaican men too much going on here the maintaince guy told me the room was off the market for months front desk said they fully booked tried to call booking agent no answer all my stay this was a waste of money staying at sandcastle ochi never use this hotel again despite i booked this trips 5 weeks in advance turtle beach hotel had no room for me to stay screen shot of the vid a created i am going to give this hotel a review with all my vid on you YouTube page so that my subscribers can be aware of trips.com and how you guys book and sandcastle hotel ochi very poor communication via booking agent and trash hotel should never be booked
