Um fim de semana fantástico. Pena o tempo não ter ajudado a usufruir da fantástica piscina exterior. No entanto, disfrutamos da piscina interior e ginásio. Reservamos um T2 e simpaticamente fizeram um upgrade e ficamos alojados num apartamento com excelentes condições e vista para o rio Tejo. De destacar a simpatia de todos os funcionários. De certeza iremos voltar....

Foi uma experiência agradável, o staff muito prestável e eficiente; o pequeno almoço era saboroso e variado.
O quarto tinha boas dimensões para duas pessoas, uma cama confortável e espaçosa, com bastantes locais de arrumo, com cortinas black-out muito eficazes e era bem climatizado. A casa de banho tinha um bom chuveiro, com ótima potência e bem regulado a nível de temperatura.
Todavia a insonorização do quarto poderia ser bastante melhor.

Hotel novo, muito limpo, fiquei admirado por ter só 2 *. Atendimento excelente. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Excelente localização , entre Lisboa e Cascais. Quarto excelente com boas áreas é um excelente chuveiro coisa que eu aprecio. Ideal para passagem em negócios, uma ou duas noites.

We loved every minute of our stay there, this had become our hotel in Lisbon for the last 2 years Great newly refurbished hotel, located on a hill overlooking the ocean and the Lisbon golf. Rooms are fairly sized (circa 35sqm), and half are facing the ocean view. The staff is very friendly, available, and helpful. The hotel has plenty of free parking, and 1 heated 25m long pool, a spa, a 20 m external pool, next to a bar and a kids wadding pool. The rooms are well insulated, you can't hear a noise and spotless This hotel is just pure serenity, despite being locates 26mns drive from the center, I prefer to stay here and relax and drive RT to the city.

Excellent hotel . We stayed for 3 nights, and we loved it. They upgraded our room to an ocean view, and the room was stunning. The staff were very friendly . The swimming pool and spa are really good, just mind you need to book it in advance otherwise it could get overcrowded so there is nothing to worry about as everything is well organised. It's a 2 minutes walk from estoril train station and a 30 mims walk to cascais .

We booked for an overnight stay to see the EDPjazz concert in Cascais. My partner booked it and specified that she needed a low floor as she suffers from vertigo. On arrival we were told we were on the 4 th floor. Oops. Not a good start. The receptionist was very helpful and we said we would leave our case and go for lunch. The replacement room was on the ground floor facing the pool . Unfortunately the smelly rubbish bin with all the cigarettes ash was right in upside the window. The pluses . We had a working fridge ( unfortunately it made a generator noise all night) but the room was clean and beds comfortable. Air con and tv in room. Breakfast was good. Better than some 4 star hotels we have stays in . Would we stay again for a short break, probably yes. Car parking in the street by the hotel was free as some roads in the area were not. Very friendly staff.

We arrived here early, long before check-in. We waited in the lounge, which was comfortable enough, and noticed guests arriving after us were being allocated thier rooms before us, no reason given. We had booked 2 balcony rooms, only to be put in the basement with a ”garden room”, no view, dark and dingy. I complained and in fairness we were moved the following day, although we were put two floors apart, not ideal as we were travelling as one party. One of our party was taken unwell and the Reception staff could not have been more unhelpful, flatly refusing to call a doctor. Having worked in the travel business in this resort I can honestly say that I have never stayed in such an unfriendly, unhelpful hotel. I would never even consider staying at this awful place again, let alone recommend it to anyone else. Please pay a little more and stay in a decent hotel as far away from this one as possible.

We came for 2 nights here in Sintra and this B&B was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've had in a hotel room, the room wad tidy, modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a range of nice options. The bread and croissants were particularly good. Service was brilliant throughout. We arrived very late (1am) but we found the check-in super easy thanks to Mariana. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Neues sauberes sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel.
Leider war das Angebot der Hotelküche sehr ausgedünnt, auf Grund der Corona-Krise, aber auch die verbliebenen Speisen waren meiner Meinung nach den Preis nicht wert.
Qualitativ kann mann da außerhalb des Hotels in Relation zum Preis leicht fündig werden,
Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet.
Ohne Beschränkungen würde ich dieses Hotel gerade im Sommer empfehlen. Der hauseigene Pool und auch die große moderne Bar laden zum Verweilen ein, was mir leider nicht vergönnt war.

PPengguna TetamuWe just stayed 4 nights at this hotel and were pleased with the comfort and efficiency from the hotel staff. Especially want to compliment Albert in the breakfast room, he was ever so helpful and efficient helping me with organising milk for my child every morning. Thank you Albert, very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, apart from the pillows are not great and the soap dish has holes at the bottom so water seeps through all over the sink surface and had a couple of things to mention that the bottled water should be complimentary at least once per day and a kettle in the room for tea and coffee would be a great bonus! Coffee doesn’t taste too good at breakfast but cannot complain too much as it was great to have a free breakfast with a good selection of food. (Tomato ketchup missing at the buffet too but if you ask they will serve you some) On the whole the hotel has free breakfast and parking and is in a good location for travelling to sintra, cascáis and Lisbon, very convenient.

PPengguna TetamuWe had dinner at Christmas Eve at our daughter house and didn’t want to drive back to our place at night, because it’s far and it was raining. So we decided to stay at Holiday Inn Express Lisbon Alfragide, because it was near to her home. And it was a surprisingly good option, because the facilities were much better than we expected: nice room, big, very clean, great bathroom, all well designed. Good breakfast. Fair price. Much recommended.

MMei YueHoliday Inn Express always a good breakfast with sufficient variety of food, drinks and fruits. It is not far from the city center of Lisbon. We just called Uber to and from the hotel and city center and it costed around 20 euros for each trip. However if it provides washing machine and dryer, it definitely adds credit to the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuMy partner and I spent two nights here after a city hotel, for some relaxation. We considered the price reasonable (~100 Euros per night). The pool and restaurant area are just what we needed. The pool is right above the highway but most of the time you wouldn't notice. The view of the Tagus meeting the Atlantic is beautiful any time of day. The food in the restaurant was good, we particularly enjoyed breakfast. The hotel partners with a local masseuse, Nikita, who did a fantastic job on my over-worked legs. Two days prior, we had hiked at Sintra and Cabo da Roca lighthouse, down to Praia da Aroeira, which left me incredible sore, still (also definitely worth it and highly recommended). I walked out feeling more relaxed and in less pain. If you stay at this hotel, the massage is not to be missed, for only 40 Euros (plus tip, because c'mon, we're all good people here). The room was comfortable, although we had a small aircon issue where the air would not get cold enough for my hot-natured partner. With the windows open and the breeze, I was comfortable. The bed was sufficient for a good night's sleep, though more pillows would have been appreciated.

PPengguna TetamuENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. ESP: Resumen: De alguna manera, *********** permite que este hotel de apenas 2 estrellas sea verificado con 4. Lo único bueno aquí son las habitaciones sorprendentemente grandes y la piscina. El desayuno, es terriblemente malo. Parecido al desayuno de un hostel para mochileros. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). Lo único bueno que se me ocurre en este hotel es probablemente las habitaciones sorprendentemente grandes y la piscina

PPengguna TetamuRemember this place is Value for money - a Budget Hotel / Motel. The hotel is 30 minutes drive from the airport, €37 by taxi. The location is nice close to the two beaches within walking distance. The resort has a nice clean swimming pool only for hotel guests. Rooms are cleaned every day, to a satisfactory level, but wear and tear are visible in each corner and especially in the bathroom. Our shower was blocked, and water was going out very slowly. I reported it to the receptionist, but nothing has been done. Tv is in each room with many-many channels, mostly English, so the lack of entertainment in the evening can be compensated for this way. Every unit has a built-in air conditioner. Food was a problem. Breakfast was fine, nothing can really go wrong with chopping ham, and cheese, and placing butter, and fruits on the buffet. Lunch and dinner are a problem. I don’t think that there is any experienced chef working in the kitchen. All was dry, without taste, and re-heated many times. Vegetable from Lidl or Aldi cans. Out of 10 stars, food would get only 1 – not even that. The staff at reception and in the dining, the room was very friendly and helpful. So overall, go for it, but don’t pay too much – it’s a budget place.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.
