Hotel Oeiras dengan Kolam Renang

Foi uma experiência agradável, o staff muito prestável e eficiente; o pequeno almoço era saboroso e variado. O quarto tinha boas dimensões para duas pessoas, uma cama confortável e espaçosa, com bastantes locais de arrumo, com cortinas black-out muito eficazes e era bem climatizado. A casa de banho tinha um bom chuveiro, com ótima potência e bem regulado a nível de temperatura. Todavia a insonorização do quarto poderia ser bastante melhor.

Remember this place is Value for money - a Budget Hotel / Motel.   The hotel is 30 minutes drive from the airport, €37 by taxi.   The location is nice close to the two beaches within walking distance. The resort has a nice clean swimming pool only for hotel guests.   Rooms are cleaned every day, to a satisfactory level, but wear and tear are visible in each corner and especially in the bathroom. Our shower was blocked, and water was going out very slowly. I reported it to the receptionist, but nothing has been done.    Tv is in each room with many-many channels, mostly English, so the lack of entertainment in the evening can be compensated for this way.   Every unit has a built-in air conditioner.   Food was a problem. Breakfast was fine, nothing can really go wrong with chopping ham, and cheese, and placing butter, and fruits on the buffet.   Lunch and dinner are a problem. I don’t think that there is any experienced chef working in the kitchen.   All was dry, without taste, and re-heated many times. Vegetable from Lidl or Aldi cans.  Out of 10 stars, food would get only 1 – not even that.   The staff at reception and in the dining, the room was very friendly and helpful.     So overall, go for it, but don’t pay too much – it’s a budget place.

Um fim de semana fantástico. Pena o tempo não ter ajudado a usufruir da fantástica piscina exterior. No entanto, disfrutamos da piscina interior e ginásio. Reservamos um T2 e simpaticamente fizeram um upgrade e ficamos alojados num apartamento com excelentes condições e vista para o rio Tejo. De destacar a simpatia de todos os funcionários. De certeza iremos voltar....

Stayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. El desayuno, es terriblemente malo. Parecido al desayuno de un hostel para mochileros. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). My partner and I spent two nights here after a city hotel, for some relaxation. We considered the price reasonable (~100 Euros per night). The pool and restaurant area are just what we needed. The pool is right above the highway but most of the time you wouldn't notice. The view of the Tagus meeting the Atlantic is beautiful any time of day. The food in the restaurant was good, we particularly enjoyed breakfast. The hotel partners with a local masseuse, Nikita, who did a fantastic job on my over-worked legs. Two days prior, we had hiked at Sintra and Cabo da Roca lighthouse, down to Praia da Aroeira, which left me incredible sore, still (also definitely worth it and highly recommended). I walked out feeling more relaxed and in less pain. If you stay at this hotel, the massage is not to be missed, for only 40 Euros (plus tip, because c'mon, we're all good people here). The room was comfortable, although we had a small aircon issue where the air would not get cold enough for my hot-natured partner. With the windows open and the breeze, I was comfortable. The bed was sufficient for a good night's sleep, though more pillows would have been appreciated.
