The hotel's location is excellent. Get off at M14 station on the Red Line, take exit 2 from the subway, and walk past the convenience store for another five minutes, and you'll be there. Remember to return your key to the front desk when you leave the hotel and ask for it back when you return. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other amenities are in the basket in the lobby for you to pick up yourself. The hotel room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, the towels are fluffy, and the air conditioning works great. The only downside was a dripping sound in the bathroom of my room, 703.

The hotel is good, the staff is polite. Overall, I liked everything, the location is convenient, 5-7 minutes from the metro.

The location here is great, with the subway and railway station very close. It's also convenient for grocery shopping. I'll definitely book here again next time.

Very friendly staff. Only problem I had was the excessive amount of furniture in the room leaving no where for us to put our luggage.. Would have preferred no furniture in the room.

If go by subway, try to make sure to get out from exit 2. Room is small but acceptable if not bringing heavy luggage.

I had to book a hotel in Osaka at relatively notice and this one was the best choice. It's not too far from the train station so can be walked to. Staff were very helpful. The room was adequate and there was good facilities in the hotel, but no breakfast. It was a bit dearer than I would have liked to pay but that was likely my fault.
