Feelfree Nature Resort

One of the best hotel experiences we had, catering for adults and children alike, in a very balanced manner. We stayed in a 2-bedroom chalet next to the natural pool which was spacious, tastefully furnished, well equipped and spotless clean. A large furnished terrace added to the comfort. The restaurant offers a half board option with a creative cuisine (we particularly appreciated the approach to the youth menu, where veggies were included by default as a stimulus for healthy eating habits). To continue, there’s a variety of outdoor and indoor activities for all ages and preferences. A well thought and again spotless clean indoor playroom open 24/7, an outdoor playground and the bike rental are only a few. There’s a lot more to be said about the facilities (the indoor and outdoor heated infinity pool with a view of the mountains is perfect, including the adults-only evenings). What superseded our expectations was the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile, professionally following through with our requests. The birthday cake and small gift prepared for one of our kids are just one example.

Great place but disgusting food, and can't even get food most of the day. Apart from the food and over focus on family, the place was nice. The staff were all incredibly hospitable and kind. Guest service was truly excellent. Most importantly the place is in a beautiful setting and the property itself is nice. The pool area was incredibly comfortable and better than I wan anticipating. Drinks to relax by the pool and lunch service would be really nice. Could easily just relax at the resort for the day then. The town and area itself, is awesome. I couldn't have enjoyed myself more. I had truly that much fun. There so many fun activities in the summer and the nature breathtaking. Rooms were perfectly clean but they gave me a room two feet from the shrub fence next to the road. This happens to single travelers all the time. When their isn't an option to pay for a view, we never get the view, although in reality we pay more than a family or couple. Often they think a single guy won't care, that's not true if it's not a bluecollar guy or some young backpacker. People should not be rewarded for relationships or for breeding. Also I ordered salami and cheese plate after a day of a lot activity at 4:30 and at 5 I had to cancel, it never came. They told me you know how cook are. They should fire the kitchen, the steak the previous night before was horrible served with mixed veggies they serve in hospital or on flight, the breakfast selection in only ok and the eggs were the worst I have ever had in my life, burnt flat scrambled eggs, yuck. I would consider returning next summer, the food issue wasn't enough to keep me from the enjoying the place and it's great staff.

We loved Feelfree Hotel. The staff is generous and the food is great. The view of the mountains is pristine. The lake nearby is a hidden gem. The infrared sauna is tranquil. This was such a fun stay!

Superb cottage house with amazing view of a beautiful valley. This traditional Ethno- Tyrol village resort lays at the adage of a creek so you can listen to running water. Excellent breakfast, served local products, and delicious diner. Pet's friendly place that you can use a base camp for hiking, rafting, skiing ect.The skilift-gondola will bring you up to 2200m where you can enjoy diferent slope level ski pistes. When infinity pool is completed it will be a excellent place for summer & winter holiday for all families.

Chalet was very clean, everything works perfect, well heated with thermostat to control the tempertaure. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher and anything else you need for cooking. The staff is the nicest I've ever met, way better than the 5* I've visited. You will not find a better service elsewere, I can guratee you that. The chef is amazingly well. And they are open adjust meals with special demands. And they're not making you feel guilty. Rather, they incourage you into sharing with them your desire. Also a perfect place for vegan, as well as nonvegan.

We have been going here for the past 10 or more years and it is always a pleasure. The chalets are very pretty and are a great combination of traditional and modern elements. The staff incredible: attentive, super friendly and forthcoming. We always feel very well taken care of and let me tell you: the food is just superb!!!
