We were very disappointed with the De Rosep estate. Hotel was not full and yet we were given a room facing the fire escape. The door stop and some ceiling tiles were broken or looked dirty due to previous leaks. Noise from bathroom use in other rooms is disturbing. Cleaning poor. Nothing done with the beds. They looked even worse than we had left them. Took a garbage bag from the trash but did not put a new one in. No new roll of toilet paper. Carpet covering looks dirty after a few days, nothing has been done about it. Tables are not cleared in time at breakfast. When it's busy you have to look for a table that isn't filled with the empty plates, glasses and cups of the people who have already been there. Certainly not worth repeating. While it looks good from the outside and is located in a beautiful part of the Netherlands. Shame.

Upsides: Extremely beautiful and very relaxing surroundings. Lovely park. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. Good wine list. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Downsides: No milk in the coffee machine for breakfast, bed was shaped like the inside of a football, no toilet brush and one last thing that makes no sense. Why is the coffee cup in the room too small for the amount of coffee coming out of the machine when both the machine and the cup were the same brand? It simply doesn't make sense.

Booked a room in this hotel last weekend. When entering the room we see that the floor is full of stains. There is a thick layer of dust on the furniture. There is also a layer of dust on the remote control. The shower hose is defective, more water comes out of the hose than the shower head. Reported this to reception, the employee was willing to help. She gave us another shower hose, this one wasn't much better. In the end she brought us another shower hose, this was better than the previous two. We were quite disappointed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, a wide variety of bread and spreads.

Many many thanks for the Great Service ! Everything I needed und asked they ve done their best and made it . Ex , bikes to Rent , extra Night reservieren . Also they ve sent me quickly to Germany my lade cable ( E - Auto ) that I forgot at the Park area. We had a Great Time and would come again !

Lovely hotel and great views out into the countryside. Food was excellent and we had a great dinner on the second night with a lovely waiter looking after us.
Staff were all very friendly throughout and the rooms were comfortable. Can't really fault it.

I see I am not the only one who was disappointed after their stay in this hotel. I can't really say that the rooms were clean: cobwebs in every corner of the room accompanied by their inhabitants, mould in the bathroom, some members of the staff weren't all that friendly. Also a huge pity that little children (aged till 12) were allowed in the sauna and pool area without anyone watching them. Hence: screaming and for us no relaxing and that's was the reason why we booked this weekend in the first place: a wellness weekend. Good things: the lady in the bar was very nice and interested, her male companion who was attending the bar the next evening should follow her example. A luxurious breakfast with a wide choice of products. Beware of the coffee; better order a capuccino or have tea. We had a massage and that lady had magic hands. I wish she lived in my neighbourhood.

Prima hotel, mooi gelegen in de bossen. Helaas de kamer minder. Wij hadden express een deluxe kamer geboekt. Maar wij hadden mazzel we kregen een “upgrade” naar een familie kamer… (vanwege drukte van een festival) niet echt een upgrade zou je zeggen, en dat was het zeker niet. Een kamer met een kamer eraan met een los bed?? Kamer heel erg stoffig en veel spinnenwebben. Badkamer niet schoon, dus hebben we dat zelf maar gedaan. Helaas minder gekregen dan dat we geboekt hadden dus! Ontbijt was niet echt uitgebreid helaas dus ik zou het niet aanraden.
