Saya mempunyai pengalaman yang hebat kecuali untuk keadaan garaj tempat letak kereta. Ia sangat mengelirukan. Saya parking dulu dan kemudian bayar extra untuk keluar masuk selama 2 hari saya di sana. Apabila saya mula-mula cuba keluar, tiket 2 hari tidak berfungsi, selepas menerangkan berulang kali kepada pengawal, mereka akhirnya membenarkan kami keluar. Mereka berkata bahawa mereka mempunyai masalah dengan orang yang mengelilingi tiket itu tetapi saya menunjukkan nombor bilik saya dan semua tiket saya. Secara keseluruhannya ia hanyalah kerumitan yang tidak perlu, tidak pasti sama ada ia ralat mesin atau apa tetapi saya tahu ia menyebabkan masalah kepada beberapa orang lain juga. Terdapat papan tanda yang mengatakan untuk mendaftar masuk sebelum meletak kereta tetapi saya terperangkap dalam lalu lintas pusat bandar kerana tiba lewat dan tergesa-gesa untuk meletak kereta jadi sebahagian daripadanya adalah salah saya. Saya tidak berpeluang menikmati sarapan pagi atau kemudahan kolam renang tetapi saya mendengar perkara yang baik! Secara keseluruhan, saya berpuas hati dengan penginapan saya dan pastinya akan melawat lagi!

This is a GREAT motel...very well kept, spacious rooms with great beds & pillows and nice breakfast . Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Only negatives were a surly desk attendant the evening we arrived after a LONG day of travel, a CLOSED with no explanation pool, a broken pancake machine in the breakfast area and a VERY slippery shower floor...be careful!

The room was very clean, spacious, beds and pillows comfortable with great mattress. We had a one bedroom suite on the backside of hotel. Room was quiet, no thin walls or creaky floors here. We were on 3rd floor during exceptionally hot June for 7 nights, and the air conditioning kept us cool. Kitchen comes with full size fridge, 2 burner stove, and dishwasher. The employees were friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a very convenient location to Bricktown and downtown, but not sure I’d want to walk that far. It’s not really in Bricktown, but it’s very close, less than a 5 minute drive. The water pressure was good, towels are fluffy, and they use Dove toiletries. The only complaint we have is that they don’t have their own pool, they share it with a couple of other extended stay hotels and it’s nearer to a different property. It’s not far, across the parking lot, but not convenient when you’ve got bad knees. We would definitely stay here again because of the clean, comfortable, quiet room, but not for the pool!

The valet service was excellent and a blessing in the heat. Also, everything is closeby so there is not much driving or traffic to hassele your stay. . We were missing a hairdryer but the front desk was prompt to deliver one to our room.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family while we were in town for a Thunder game! It’s right next to the arena, which made it super easy to get to the game and back. We utilized the self parking option which was also very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of Bricktown as well. Our room was clean and a good size for our family of four. The kids enjoyed our view of the train tracks. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the coffee shop in the morning who helped me get my muffin and coffee to the table while I wrangled my toddler. We will be back if we’re in the area again!

Our stay was great! The room was spacious, nice, and clean! The area of the Hotel was quiet! Parking was also great! It was the perfect location to walk to bricktown! Highly recommend this hotel!
