It is a real four star hotel ( nice pool, nice rooms, …) but the catch is that the air-conditioning is not only loud but also often defective, resulting in a sauna night with a big headache in the morning. Even with mild temperatures, you would not want opening your window facing the loud street and the balcony lighting 24h on. The breakfast has the particularity that you are served at your table, which could be seen as a plus, but the staff ( very numerous by the way) are a bit confused and stressed out with the orders. You get 80% of what you ordered and the rest belongs to the other customers. I required some additional bread, once.. twice… three times and gave up. Customer satisfaction did not seem to be the priority. The swimming pool was the only part that really relaxed us. The reception was very effective and professional. The centre of Olbia is mainly ugly. Only the shopping street is attractive but very loud at night. This could explain why this hotel is fully booked weeks in advance. Maybe the best ( or less worse) choice indeed in Olbia.

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and overall it was a nice place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. The bed is 2 single beds pushed together, which was annoying as one of us often slipped into the gap. Having said this the mattress and pillows were comfortable. There was no iron in the room although house keeping provided this when it was requested. There were no slippers or bath robes provided. No one cleaned our room for 3 days which was poor. We had to call reception to ask for housekeeping to visit our room. They did and to their credit, they visited everyday after that. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower, bidet, toilet and sink - no bath. Shower gel and soap was provided. The shower is great, has great speed and was always warm enough. It was great. We didn't get breakfast as we are late risers. The pool area is nice and the pool bar waiters are lovely. The downside of the pool area is we got bitten by mosquitoes which made some of the holiday uncomfortable (not the hotel's fault- but beware!). The pool water was so cold, i only stayed in the pool for a couple of minutes because it was unbearable! The gym has really good machines but it is always busy! I think the general public is allowed to use it. We didn't make use of the spa as it is only open 3 days a week - which is a shame. The hotel is located in a great location, close to downtown and the sea. And parking is great.

We stayed at this hotel 2 separate nights; once at the start (standard room) and once at the end (superior room) of the holiday. It’s a very smart hotel bang in the middle of the best part of Olbia and both rooms were good (Tip: for little more cost book a superior room. It really is worth it). Bathrooms both fine (superior one excellent) and the staff were always friendly and professional. The hotel has an excellent rooftop terrace which is really worth a visit as it has the best views of the city and it has sun loungers so you can sunbathe if you like. The buffet breakfast was fine but my one issue is you had to go up and be served by a member of staff, you couldn’t just help yourself. In our travels around Sardinia we visited 3 other hotels and all were self service buffets. I presume this is covid thing, but then why wasn’t it in place elsewhere on the island? However, overall the hotel is stylish and impressive and I’d certainly stay there again.

It is not quite 4 stars but it isn't far off. The best part of the hotel is its Staff. They are warm and helpful and doing a great job. The common area ammenities are also very good. The lobby area has a lovely Bar and the Restaurant next to it is modern and does a great breakfast. The outdoor pool area is very inviting. It is well maintained and there are plenty of sun lounges and a poolside bar. The hotel also had a Beauty Spa that looked to have a very thorough menu of treatments. However the rooms are more like 3 stars. Just a bit dated and showing their age, including beds and towels. No USB chargers in rooms in an airport hotel was surprising. No smart tv that you can stream netflix etc. is also an indication that it is reno time. On the positive, the toiletries are Crabtree and Evelyn and everything was very clean in the room, the hallways and the common areas. Wifi was strong and fast. We stayed for airport transit reasons and it met our needs. Restaurant does a very good breakfast but there are better lunch/dinner options in town. Overall the cost is probably fair value for the overall amenities and location.

We booked this hotel with my friends to spend a nice holiday by the pool and the beach, but unfortunately there were many many wrong things with this hotel. First, the Reception was not rude but not helpful at all. Every time we would ask for some information (because they didn't give us any) or basic things, their reply where either ” I don't know” or ”No no no”...I work in hotels and this is not the service of a 4 star rated hotel. Either the team is not trained enough and they are lacking a manager on site. The breakfast was terrible. Everything was already precooked, poor quality and even the coffee was bad (we are in Italy! that shouldn't be complicated). The room was quite large and spacious. The overall cleaning was ok, but if you started looking like the windows or the curtains, it was bad. They had a lot of stains. The pool area is nice, but nowhere is mentioned that we are next to a loud road and an industrial area (not nice). The worst, was when I wanted to go the pool in the morning, stopped by Reception to ask the opening hours, they told me 9:00 AM and showed me the sign that mentioned it there. I went then to the pool at 9:30 AM and got inside the water. The lifeguard came to me shouting to get out as the pool opened at 10:00 AM. He literally kicked me out of the water. I told him that was not the information given to me at Reception. I, obviously, went to complain of their misinformation and the answer was ”oh I am sorry”. There are a lot of rules and threats written (like no eating anything that doesn't come from the hotel IN YOUR ROOM, or you'll get a 200€ fine) all over the hotel of everything you cannot do, it doesn't feel very welcoming. We had several episodes like this, but you can get an overall picture. Overall, this is not the 4 star service expected for the price paid and the descriptions on site. Very disappointed...

Booked directly with the hotel and got a great discount which meant that we could afford to stay in the ”Romantic Suite” on the top floor (AKA junior suite with terrace on some hotel booking sites.) Room was spacious, modern, with a super comfy bed, good aircon, walk in wardrobe, bedsettee, large wallmounted flat screen tv, mini bar, nespresso machine, good bathroom and thick towels, swanky bathtub in the room and panoramic views from our well furnished terrace! Staff were friendly. Loved the swimming pool. Good breakfast. A really lovely hotel. Supermarket next door and many eateries around. Bus stop right outside. The service is pretty good once you learn to read the timetable/ bus stops and very cheap. Taxis are ridiculously expensive, €30 - €40 for around 5km. You can get to Bados, Pittulongu beaches (2 buses each way) and Porto Istana beach (1 bus but further away). Would have given 5 stars but the rooftop bar and pool were in use for private functions throughout our stay and there is no designated smoking area so smokers stand right outside the entrance. Needed to ask a for an adapter for the hairdryer which only had a 2 round pin plug on it. And the guest handbook could be better, particularly around the 'smart panel' for housekeeping. That said, I would highly recommend the hotel, we had a fabulous time.
