All was extremely well, only works early in the morning for pavement was the wake up, but no other solution, maintenance is compulsory.

We stayed this week for a short break at the resort with our family. The reception staff were super efficient, friendly and helpful, we can’t fault their customer service. Likewise, the tennis staff were equally helpful and enthusiastic. However, the rooms were inadequate, we have stayed in hotels and apartments that are aesthetically tired but are not bothered about that, but cleanliness is important to us. The rooms were supposedly cleaned every 2 days. The cleaning consisted of making an unmade bed and replaced towels in just one of the cleaning days only. No toilet rolls were ever refilled. The shower soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and remained so. The floors remained dirty and the dampness was very evident of which we’ve attached pictures . There were electric fires which we used to try and dry the bathroom and remove the damp. The sofas all smelt terrible and the bed clothes were thin and not clean. One of our family rooms were very mouldy and clearly damp (attached). On the morning of we left we went to get coffee at the bistro and after being told no problem , the waiter came back and said there was no milk. No milk anywhere in this large resort? We were given the feeling the breakfast shift was coming to an end and the staff could t be bothered to make coffee. On the whole, the waiting staff looked fed up and couldn’t wait for their shift to end. Im sorry to leave such negative feedback, but there are issues here that need addressing.

Hi. Stayed here for 3 nights over the past weekend. Travelled as a family of 5 adults and had a two bedroom apartment. It was perfect for our needs. One en suite bathroom and a main bathroom. Also a washing machine was available. It's a huge complex and very well maintained. We only went to one of the pools and it was lovely with a nice little bar/ restaurant area. Staff lovely and would certainly stay here again.

Apartment was lovely and spacious also very clean . It was lovely and quiet and pools were great . Close to 2 beaches and some small Shops . Also close to restaurants a short walk. Supplements for small Gym were unnecessary we thought, but it was good it was there . Tennis was quite expensive

So impressed with this place considering how cheap it was! Multiple pools and restaurants in the hotel, lots to do near by with cheap Ubers to the old town *****. Staff were lovely and accommodating, apartment was clean and quiet. It was like a home away from home. Great place to stay for all ages, and have just booked to go back again next year. Highly recommend

Stayed here for a week with my children, Apartment was clean with everything needed. Hotel is big and has a few pools, we did 2 and they were great. Main restaurant we ate in and the food was fab. Unfortunately the Italian restaurant by the pool was awful, the food was inedible, Check in for us was at 5pm and check out was at 10, The new town is a 15 min walk but you can use bolt and it’s cheap enough to get around. No entertainment but not an issue as plenty to do outside the hotel. I would stay here again I just wouldn’t eat at the Italian again.

Stayed here for a 5 night holiday with my family . Was pleasantly surprised at how big the rooms were .. we were in room 402 . Was clean and had everything we needed . The resort it’s self it’s big and kept clean and tidy. Bolt or Uber into town is cheap enough and not long drive . Staff are pleasant enough it’s quite a chilled resort . No entertainment team around pools etc . We used a few of the pools , but enjoyed the pool with snack bar and the pool with the other restaurant . Spar next door to site very handy .

Really enjoyable stay. Was a bit nervous with reviews but i'm really unsure of what people expect as the cost of staying here is relatively cheap compared to other hotels, but close enough to the new town, cold town and 15 minute walk in Olhos. Uber is frequent and very cheap here so no need to hire a car. Apartments are spacious, I would agree slightly dated and there was the occasional ant, but with the location that is to be expected, just don't leave food out. However a great base and they even have sky sports in the room. All pools are excellent, really good sports facilities as well (Tennis golf etc) and busy enough round the pools to have some atmosphere if you want to stay in the hotel. Really really good walks and attractions nearby and couldn't recommend enough for the price. It is not perfect, but you won't get perfect for anywhere near this price. Enjoyed it that much, booked again next month which is very rare for our group to go back to the same place.

The room was a brilliant size, with everything that was needed for a family to enjoy a relaxing week in the Portuguese sun. If I had one issue it was the fact our room was up 2 flights of stairs and my wife suffers from arthritis of the knee (this was my issue as we never informed them). The hotel, as I said, was amazing and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed in room 303 and arrived late due to our flight ready to sleep. The apartment was absolutely filthy: floors covered in dirt, crisps (which meant ants), bed made with dirty sheets (covered in hairs not ours and disgusting stains inside and outside sheets). Toilet not cleaned, couch covered in dirt and the main door did not lock unless you were inside(using the inside lock). We couldn’t possibly have slept in the beds that night, reception was little to no help and only gave us two single bed sheets enough to cover one single bed for both of us. We had to squish in the sleep in one single bed that night otherwise we would have had to have booked another hotel. The next few days we spent a lot of our short holiday trying to get them to at least clean the apartment and move us. We waited several hours for someone to finally give it a clean and even then it was still dirty. We were told time and time again the manager would contact us about moving elsewhere but never received any call. We called loveholidays for help at this point who also did nothing about this situation. We receive no apology or compensation for the stress and upset we experienced in our time there and will NEVER be booking with this hotel or love holidays again (this is my second unfortunate accommodation situation while using love holidays). We were treated so terribly during our time there and got no recognition or compensation. If this happens you, remember they have an official complaints book that you can sign at the reception. We had to sign it in the end as we gave them every opportunity to rectify things to no avail.

We are here for a week, can’t fault the accommodation it has everything we needed beautifuly clean well serviced. Everything works. Lots of space. Ideal for a family of four. Facilities on site are many, golf obviously, pools are not too big and beautifuly clean loads of beds. We’ve also found volleyball, tennis and table tennis. Bars and restaurants are plenty and well staffed. Staff are great always happy to help. Complex it kept exceptionally clean. We are at the far end of the resort, it’s about a ten min walk to reception then from reception if you want a supermarket of pharmacy they are just at the entrance to the resort the spar, has everything you’ll need but if you want to jump in a cab or drive there are bigger supermarkets about 10 mins away
