I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

I have eaten at dozens of locations throughout the Philippines. And sad to say, the majority fall short when it comes to the quality of food and service. We have dined at Treasure Island dozens of times for the past 6 months and on every occasion, we walked away very satisfied. I now find myself judging other establishments using Treasure Island as a benchmark. Not even the restaurant at my private golf course club house could hold a candle to Treasure Island. One of the crucial success factors is “on-site” owner management. The owner of TI devotes a significant portion of his time at the restaurant (and hotel). This is an excellent choice when visiting Subic/Baretto. Alan, Gretchen and Martin are super welcoming, and push the boat out to make the place somewhere where everyone feels welcome; whether you are a single traveller, just having a quiet break, or a group looking to have a blast! Like many venues in Baretto, there’s a pool league that happens on a Tuesday and a Friday, giving ample opportunity to browse around, however Wednesdays has the best quiz in town, which is more of a “social gathering” where you can simply pitch up and ply your vast/limited knowledge in the hope of obtaining a few free drinks! There you will find Craig, who will instruct you in exploring the many aquatic delights of subic bay scuba wise, and the food and service is always guaranteed a smile too. Long established as having been well owned, well run and a great place for a few jars, you should definitely give this place a try when in the area.

We had a pleasant stay at icove for 3 days 2 nights, but there were expectations not met. First, they have limited parking slots in the area. Though I was advised that they have another parking space. I'm just not sure where it is located. Second, the pool is very small. Third, they do not accept credit cards and/or gcash payments. And last but not the least, our room (210) was old. The tv is not smart and has limited channels, the key card is not working so we were given a key instead. There were mosquitos in the room, the drainage of the shower area is clogged (it drains very very slow). This resort needs to be updated and renovated. But all their staff are super super nice!!

We choose this resort for a quick get away from the hassle of work and a time for bonding and relaxation.But on the first night we can not sleep well because of itchy fabric on our bed and the pillow was not comfortable.Most of the part of the room specially the bathing area has molds though the room is very spacious..No breakfast included and not even a cup for coffee drinking..The beach shore was dirty of different things we were lucky not to be hit by a piece of wood with nails when we walked near the shore.Though it was fun because we were longing for the sea we just dipped in the pool. The only nearest store to find meal was 711 and Sam's pizza..Two nights of stay was a bit boring..This place is still nice but not well maintained.Their security officer is nice and welcoming

On checking in for 3 days I paid for my room cash up front and was shown my room. A few hours later received a text to say the room I was given was more expensive and I could either pay the difference or leave. After an argument I opted to pay the diff. but despite all the credit card signs on the counter the receptionist could not accept my card as she did not know how to operate the machine. I could not connect to the internet and was told if I looked on my key tag the password was there. However they soon discovered they had put the wrong password on my key. That night I found the new bedside lamp did not work, nor could I open the safe which was locked. The website stated tea and coffee were provided in the room, there was none, it also mentioned a bed cover or duvet, yet my bed had a single thin sheet. the bar fridge had a list of drink prices taped to the door, but was empty. The glass window was smashed and the broken glass held together with sticky tape (Picture provided !) On leaving I was told I did not need to pay the difference on the room !!

Overall, its a good stay. Loving the good ambiance, friendly staff and nice location. One thing I think they improve is that the hygiene kit. Why it is on a per call basis wherein it should be included once you’ve stayed there. Just my thought…

Location is good and budget friendly but other than that there is nothing nice about this hotel. No bottled water, no toiletries and no towels provided. We requested 2 towels and they provided us with a fee. Upon checkout they mentioned that there should be 4 towels, 2 that should have been in the room as complimentary and the 2 that we requested. Housekeeper confirmed he definitely placed 2 towels in the room but there weren't any. Towels looks like rags by the way. They let me go and didnt charge for the ”missing” rags aka towels but asked me to pay P100 for the supposedly additional towels. Which I later realised I shouldn't have paid since there should have been 2 complimentary towels in the first place which they missed to put in the room. The smell on the elevator is bad even in the room. Floor feels sticky and we saw a cockroach crawling around. Corridors are dark and some tiles were dislodged and uneven, we tripped a few times. Toilet bowl does not have a seat cover. Too bad I didn't take pictures. Better stay somewhere else. I should have read reviews from Tripadvisor and booked somewhere else. I relied on Agoda reviews which showed only the positive reviews hence ended up booking in this hotel.

We had a short family vacation with our son and his fiancee. We arrived Monday to Wednesday of Holy Week since we wanted to beat the beach goers. We were given Room 201 which was a private ocean view end unit. Our balcony was separated from the other rooms. We had 2 king beds and the room was huge. It had a shower and toilet. The hotel was clean including the public areas. It was not open to the Public (none hotel guest) which made this place more special. Hospitality: I give 5 star to the staff most specially the old parking attendant that always greeted us when we arrived and left. Needs Improvement: 1) The refrigerator was not cold. We had to purchase ice from outside. 2) There were tiny ants on the bed. Housekeeping was so kind to offer to spray the room but we declined for our safety.
