What I like about this hotel is, though its not new, it is clean, well maintained and staff are all pleasant. Food prices are reasonable too for a beachfront hotel. It has an ATM machine in the lobby so its very convenient for guests in case you’ll run out of cash.

My visit was wonderful! The hotel was clean and the room was stocked. Front desk, Gretch, was great and very informative of activities in the area and went above and beyond to assist me with transportation and was probably one of the best front desk employees I have ever dealt with. Will definitely visit again.

This is an excellent choice when visiting Subic/Baretto. Alan, Gretchen and Martin are super welcoming, and push the boat out to make the place somewhere where everyone feels welcome; whether you are a single traveller, just having a quiet break, or a group looking to have a blast! Like many venues in Baretto, there’s a pool league that happens on a Tuesday and a Friday, giving ample opportunity to browse around, however Wednesdays has the best quiz in town, which is more of a “social gathering” where you can simply pitch up and ply your vast/limited knowledge in the hope of obtaining a few free drinks! There you will find Craig, who will instruct you in exploring the many aquatic delights of subic bay scuba wise, and the food and service is always guaranteed a smile too. Long established as having been well owned, well run and a great place for a few jars, you should definitely give this place a try when in the area.

A nice boutipue hotel small but smelly!! After big dissappointing before this place we had a high expetation! But been quick panelized again! The room a very small, and with almost 3500 per night overprized! No kettle, no ref, no hot water, very bad internet, and a very welcome early in the morning staff by 6am which was very noisy! After 7pm was the mysic switch on, noisy continue! At the terraze you getting anoid from local vendors over lobster, fish, pasalubongs and more things you does not need! At the end i had enough! Noise level fare to high! We paid for 4 nights after 1 night we get informed we will not receive anything back!!! Very unprofessionel handling of complains Pool water is green many tiles are damaged and wood is rotten

I'd admit 3 hotel staff members were welcoming and helpful in fulfilling my inquiries/requests. Then again one or possibly two other unnamed staff members were either rudely inconvenienced by the presence of us hotel guests with appeared to be a trickle of an attitude. If they don't like the job, then why must they be somewhat retained by the hotel's employer? It would also benefit the hotel to post in each room copies of the Jewel Cafe & Restaurants' menus for us guests who crave food daily, since the restaurant is just steps away from the sleep & stay. Otherwise my accomodation was satisfactory with plenty of stores, bars and outdoor food vendors along the national roadway.

Location is good and budget friendly but other than that there is nothing nice about this hotel. No bottled water, no toiletries and no towels provided. We requested 2 towels and they provided us with a fee. Upon checkout they mentioned that there should be 4 towels, 2 that should have been in the room as complimentary and the 2 that we requested. Housekeeper confirmed he definitely placed 2 towels in the room but there weren't any. Towels looks like rags by the way. They let me go and didnt charge for the ”missing” rags aka towels but asked me to pay P100 for the supposedly additional towels. Which I later realised I shouldn't have paid since there should have been 2 complimentary towels in the first place which they missed to put in the room. The smell on the elevator is bad even in the room. Floor feels sticky and we saw a cockroach crawling around. Corridors are dark and some tiles were dislodged and uneven, we tripped a few times. Toilet bowl does not have a seat cover. Too bad I didn't take pictures. Better stay somewhere else. I should have read reviews from Tripadvisor and booked somewhere else. I relied on Agoda reviews which showed only the positive reviews hence ended up booking in this hotel.
