Just come back from a wonderful first visit to Turkey and Ölüdeniz (meaning 'Dead Sea' due to very calm waters) and our stay at the lovely Montebello Deluxe. Bluest waters you could wish for and rugged landscape backdrop paints a lovely picture. Lots to do on your doorstop with all water activities taken care off, and loads of activities and places to visit nearby, or further afield if you like a drive out, or prefer to take an organised tour. For the thrill seekers in you the Paragliding would be a must. Not this time for us, but on the bucket list for next time. May seemed just the right amount of busy for us. Not to many people but still vibrant. Beaches had lots of space, and no need for sunbeds. Put your towel down on the small shingles and its like your own foam mattress. Am told it gets busy in the months of June - Mid September. Location of hotel is great. Just far enough away from main ***** to not be too noisy, yet within 5 min walk to beach and the buzzing nightlife (restaurants and bars with music and live artists, but not the club zone. Go up to Hisarönü by short taxi ride if you want that). Ölüdeniz is a little expensive to eat out. I'd say UK prices, so not as cheap as I'm told it once was, and Beer is a £4-5.50p a bottle/pint. Hisarönü is a little cheaper. Hotel is accessible for those with mobility issues, with a few ramps and steps here and there into reception etc. Rooms are well proportioned and decorated with a soft furnishing feel, and maintained by a wonderful group of housekeeping ladies. Nothing to much trouble for them. Mattresses could be a little softer. Pools are a dream, and just the right number of sunbeds. Might be short in the high season, but then what hotel of this size generally isn't. Pictures on their website with curved pool are latest. Ignore ones on some websites such as Love Holidays. Stick to sunbeds on upper level if you want sun all day and staying by the pool. Alternative shady spots are available if you need to get out of the heat. Restaurant and pool bars serve good food and drinks. Sizzling chicken Fajita was my favourite. All the hotel and restaurants staff are the stars of the show. Always smiling, always helpful, great for advice. Look after them as they do you! Thanks Montebello team. Such a lovely, small, well maintained, clean and very friendly hotel. The whole team (including the wonderful cleaning ladies) are just so accommodating and nothing is a worry. Hotel restaurant food is fantastic. Plenty of choice for breakfast including a chef to cook omelettes etc. Close to beach too Definitely bring beach shoes as rhe pebbly beach is a mare! Oludeniz is a beautiful place to visit with lots of boat trips and site seeing trips.

Had an amazing time. The room was lovely, ground floor as we asked for due to Mums mobility issues. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was always excellent and good value. We enjoyed it so much we’re booking up for next year 😁☀️

We've just had the best week relaxing here.The staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Food is great, drinks too! Pool is lovely with plenty of sun loungers and sun shine ☀️ Rooms are beautiful, cleaned daily with fresh towels too. Will definitely be returning

Hotel lovely, The staff in the bar and restaurant are perfect made you feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. Was here last year will come back a third time for definite. Food is lovely. The maids who cleaned to room are lovely as well xx

Where do I start, before coming we weren’t sure what to expect as we’d seen some bad reviews, I honestly have no idea what these people are talking about! Please don’t be put off by any negative comments as this hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. what an amazing hotel and a**osphere. It was mine and partners first time staying here and we’re already planning our next trip back! We arrived early hours in the morning to two men at reception, very quick and straight forward check in. our bags collected and taken to our rooms for us which was a massive help. We had the 3rd floor which was perfect for us as it’s what we had requested on the booking. The most beautiful views of paragliders from our balcony everyday was incredible I could’ve sat there watching them all day. The food was next level amazing! Ate here everyday and had something different each time as there was so much option. Truly can’t fault them, they can’t do enough for you. I’m a very picky eater, I struggle with eating disorders, they helped me so much, they would even plate me food up to take to the hotel room just so I could eat. The biggest shoutout to the barman salih, he made our trip extra special going above and beyond for us, cocktails were outstanding! we actually became very close and he’s now our friend for life! Getting a sunbed really isn’t that difficult, we didn’t go to the pool everyday as there’s so much to do while you’re here but when we did want one, we always managed to get one without any problems. There’s 3 different pools to chose from so it’s plenty of space for everyone. Haven’t taken photos of the rooms but they’re exactly like the online photos, pillows and bed aren’t the softest but doesn’t matter that much to us we spent more time out of it than in it. It wasnt the worst but wasn’t the best which is absolutely fine because everything else makes up for it! the room was cleaned thoroughly every morning. soaps/towels/toilet roll/bedding and everything replaced everyday! Little black cat wandering round in the evening, she is the sweetest girl ever, wish I could’ve taken her home with me:( if you see her please give her some chicken from me lol. Everything is on you’re doorstep! Walk to the beach is 5mins, market and shops open until late so lovely to go for a stroll to the shops in the evening, just overall perfect! Incredible service throughout the whole 2 weeks we stayed, truly the kindest friendliest people you will ever meet! We shall be back again very soon!!

What a lovely hotel! Great people, really friendly. The food is really good and a nice breakfast in the mornings. Rooms are mostly located around the pool with a balcony so that you can sit and sip beer or coffee and watch a dozen paragliders float down overhead! The nightlife is great, full on if you want it, but the option of quieter side streets and eateries if you prefer some peace. Might hot during the day, beaches offer sun loungers and umbrellas for 300 TL (£9) for the day. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel !! Rebecca, Mike and Liv ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Staff are fabulous. They can't do enough for you. Hotel is clean, and well kept. Rooms are good, small but perfectly formed, and clean. Food is standard for bed and breakfast, hot and cold choices, good quality. Jacuzzi pool is beautiful. 2-3 minutes walk to beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
