Hotel Greenland - All Inclusive

入住的時候早到好幾小時，還是給我們辦理入住了。我們從酒店報了滑翔傘和遊船項目，經理主動帶我們去取現金里拉態度很好。第二天早餐忘給我們了，雖然我們已經在滑翔傘的路上了，但酒店依然把車叫回來拿給我們早餐。早上已經退房，下午五點本來衹打算取行李，泳衣沒換酒店主動提出提供淋浴間。

This is my review of my experiences at the Greenland Hotel for 16 nights In October 2024. This was our third visit to this hotel. We both said we'd be unlikely to return, due to the many shortcomings. OVERALL: The hotel is located inland, about 6km from Olu Deniz, and about 7km to Fethiye market area, On a hillside on the outskirts of Ovacik. This is a good quality AI hotel. Food is typical all-inclusive fayre, always something to eat, a good range of options. There's a few bars, reasonable service, but no waiter service. Airport and transfer: We flew from Leeds & Bradford airport, and the check in was very efficient thanks to the Jet2 staff. Outbound there were the usual checks and searches. We had arranged a private transfer with Blue Lagoon Transfers both ways. We've used Blue Lagoon many times for transfers in the Fethiye area. It was about £40 more expensive than coach transfers, but no waiting about at the airport. Return transfer was timed to minimise time in the airport. Return security was, as usual, very thorough. I've been 'randomly' searched 11 times in 11 trips. This was the first time I wasn't searched. Hotel: We arrived at the hotel around 00:30 to the usual greeting and brief induction with keys, etc. We were shown to our room and threw clothes in the wardrobes went for a quick walk round. The Therras Bar was still open, but Blue Lagoon had, at my request, bought four tins of Efes at cost, so we had couple of drinks on the balcony, listening to the revelry at the Therras bar. The All Inclusive commences at 08:00, and continues until 00:00, so a good period of use. There were no shops close by. The hotel is on a hillside, so if you use the dolmus to get about, it's a fair pull up Heartbreak Hill to the hotel entrance, then if, like us, your room is next to the upper pool, it's a further pull up Cardiac Hill to the room. There were a few tortoises about, though not as many as we've seen on previous visits. We were told they were hibernating, even though the temperatures were in the 30's most days. Room: We had a first floor pool view room, at an extra cost. It was a good size, and worth the extra. There's a safe in the room at extra cost. Heating and aircon worked well. The glass panel in one of the balcony doors was cracked from the outside. We reported it on the second day, but there was no attempt to repair it. I suppose they will leave it until the hotel closes, then include it with the overall repair and maintenance works. There's a kettle in the room, with coffee and whitener. The balcony was small, but usable. It was a squeeze to get two plastic chairs and a plastic table on there. There's an over bath shower, but it can be slippy in the bath. As my balance isn't great, I took a suction safety handle, which fixed to the shower tiles and gave me extra stability. The soap basket in the shower isn't designed to be used as a grab handle. What a lovely holiday we have just had here! We have just got back from a 2 week holiday and we have had the best time. The food is lovely and lots of choice, the whole place is nipping clean and our family room was cleaned everyday and towels with flowers displayed on our beds. All staff were lovely and friendly and the entertainment guy Berkai was absolutely amazing! We hardly ventured out and when we did my 17, 14 and 15 year old just wanted to get back to the hotel. We never once had an upset stomach and we ate at the hotel every day and night. We met some lovely families there and we are all going again next year. I cant recommend this hotel enough. I don't normally re-visit the same place as I like to experience other places but I can't wait to go back next year!

Hotel was amazing Views were lovely Staff was fabulous especially Sevgi my kids absolutely loved her her English is fantastic and nothing is to much for her. Will miss her. Entertainment was super and staff all fantastic kids disco was fun aswel

Me and my fiancée came and stayed for a week, we couldn’t have asked for more…everyone was so welcoming and accommodating…it was my first time abroad and the staff at Greenland hotel smashed it out the park, there were a few things that stood out for us but one of the main things was the entertainment…each night we were excited for what was to come, the games during the day in the swimming pool, the acrobatics were incredible, the singers were amazing, we cannot fault how well the entertainment was put together…so hats off to entertainer Berkay, who never failed to make us smile and laugh, what an amazing guy! Let me just mention again, the staff were incredible, every single member of staff were very hospitable. The bar ladies outside were always smiley and happy, such lovely people all of you, we felt so at home, it was like home from home. We couldn’t have asked for more, we really couldn’t. There are staff at this place that we will never forget, such a memorable place. Cannot wait to come back next year.

Fantastic hotel. Super clean and friendly with lovely food. Not a massive food hall but we like that. This way you don’t end up with loads of random things on your plate that don’t go together. Great family vibe and the best nighttime entertainment we have ever seen. We are booking to go back again before the end of the season.
