Golden Life Heights Deluxe Suite Hotel - Adults Only

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! The food is awful and always cold. Our room was filthy and smelt of drains. The whole hotel is run down and falling to bits. The staff are rude and don't speak any English. The all inclusive drinks are laughable all you could get was beer or wine. The wine was like paraffin....undrinkable. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would it doesn’t deserve 1 star. Where do I start arrived at hotel to checkin a very rude women and man at reception told us we couldn’t checkin as ********** hadn’t paid them. We had proof that we had paid ********** this booking was made over 2 months ago therefore the hotel should of chased up if they hadn’t paid. 30 mins later and phone calls we were able to checkin. We had advised the hotel that I do have mobility issues but that fell on deaf ears our room was the furtherest away from everything and none of the hotel staff helped us with our luggage we had to struggle with 4 suitcases up and down 158 steps some very steep. When we eventually got to our room, we booked a deluxe grand suite at over £100 a night there was nothing deluxe about the room and if they consider it a suite they need to change their room types. It was an attic room, very dated, very dirty, broken lamp shades, air con that didn’t work, power kept tripping, broken furniture on balcony and a jacuzzi bath tub on balcony that was disgusting and had a big ding on the side. The bathroom was very unclean and the toilet seat was broken. We did complain to reception but nothing was done. As we were extremely tired we said we would sort it in the morning. All inclusive drinks are a joke consists of beer, Vodka, Gin Raki and Full fat coke and water, tea and coffee. This hotel is also advertised as adults only but that is not the case. Breakfast wasn’t anything to shout about, I don’t think is hotel caters for anyone but Turkish holiday makers, we didn’t get anywhere with the room so decided to check out. After contacting ********** who were just as helpful as the hotel staff. We have now gone to Sertil hotel which is next door same price for half board and is on another level in class and friendly staff. If you want a nice holiday do not stay at this hotel

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL WITH YOUR LIFE. How dare they call this a four star its a No star but the lowest you can give is 1 star but it a big fat Zero for me. This man they have working there calls himself SERAT is the biggest scammer and con artist you could ever wish to meet. This individual prey on people when they fly it at night and has nowhere else to go .Imagine my plane get at 2am in the morning I go to the hotel which at 1hour 20min away its all been booked from early September confirmation of booking and everything . I get and this man or rat tell me I have No booking here he telling me his hotel does not deal with my travel agencies which was a lie I even brought it up on my phone to show him the proof he was lieing he still persisting I have no booking here. So he wantef me do was to cancel my booking with travel Republic and book with him . How can I do that if I'm already here. I've paid already for the room I'm not paying again him and his friend were all laughing as i was getting really upset I phone the emergency number for Travel Republic to let them no what going on couldn't i asked if i could use his phone gave him the number funny he cant get an outside line l got through to my sister via WhatsApp and she phone the emergency number and put us on a three way call the agent spoken to Serat and was saying everything OK on this end I don't understand why you not got them on your system cause he can see everything gone througt . Well there not here and our office does not open till 9am. My agent spoke to serat and said it very late can we stay for the night and sort it in the morning it 3.30am by now. The agent spoke to me and said if we're able to pay for the night and sort it in the morning and I must get an receipt s to claim the refund that's i said no problem the agent left. I ask how much he said 1400 lira ok i said took out my card to paid he wanted cash i said i would like an receipt and thst when things turns nasty he was refusing to give me an receipt. You paid no receipt i will write my name on a piece of paper he said i give you receipt no refund so I said I will not paid without a receipt he started shouting in my face did i put you here i said i will not give you any money without a proper receipt and he told me to get out his hotel were the hell did he want me to go in a strange country that time of the morning but that was he plan all along to get my money and put in his pocket were do you want me to go just go hotel down the road. I left in the middle of the night crying my eyes out scared to death nowhere to go no-one to help . Then we came across the most beautiful hotel. SERTIL DELUXE HOTEL the staff there literally save us. tout d'abord le mot deluxe dans son nom est un mensonge le luxe n'y existe pas ni de près ni de loin. -réception très petite et médiocre avec du personnel froid qui ne parle pas l'anglais et qui insiste sur le faite que l code wifi soit saisi par eux même sur nos téléphones. -la chambre on devait descendre des escaliers 3 étages en bas pour en arriver (puisque il n'y a pas d'ascenseur) notre chambre été en face de la rue d'à coté tellement elle était tout en bas de la colline,et bien sur la connexion internet n'y arrive pas mais elle se limite à la réception. L'intérieur de la chambre: le lustre au dessus du lit ne s'éteint pas. -la porte fenêtre ne se ferme pas donc on a pris le risque de laisser nos affaires dans la chambre. -la porte de la chambre ne se ferme pas de l'intérieur. -le robinet de l'évier à la salle de bain coule en continue et ne se ferme pas. -la décoration et la literie médiocre. -l'odeur et l'humidité qui ont irrité mes voies respiratoires et déclenchaient mon allergie. -le restaurant sentait très mauvais et servait une nourriture dégueulasse -beaucoup de moustiques -l'emplacement en haut de la colline tout loin de tout moyen de transport, de la plage , du centre ville -le seul point positif de cette pension ( cet endroit ne mérite pas d'être appeler hôtel) était la piscine et sa vue sur la montagne et la mer. -les chaises longues bien évidemment déchirées et usées. Faites gaffe et ne tombez pas dans leur piège.
