Penginapan adalah hebat. Dengan kad kredit saya dicaj dua kali untuk penginapan 1 malam, tidak begitu hebat.

Room was updated & clean. Beds are quite comfortable, too. Common areas are well maintained. Check-in experience couldn't have been easier, especially at a busy time of the evening. Brooke was super pleasant and snagged us the last warm cookie while the other were being prepared, which didn't hurt anything! Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Omaha.

shower was terrible , it barley worked and it was confusing to work . other than that everything was great !

A friend told me this was a good place to stay near the airport, because they have a shuttle and you can keep your car here while on vacation. I paid over $100 for my car to be parked here on top of the cost of the room. When I returned, the catalytic converter had been cut off my car which obviously had been done as it sat parked at this hotel. As soon as I started my car, it was SO LOUD, and that obviously was not like that when I drove here. Mechanic took several hundred dollars to fix, plus I have to take it back in to repair some other things that were damaged when they cut out the converter. Also, upon check-in, I am informed that if my flight arrives after midnight, there is no shuttle. So at 2 am I had to arrange my own transportation (Uber, as none of the taxi services are available at that hour either) to get back to my car, only to find it had been vandalized. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, but there are no elevators and the excersize room has been closed until they decide to deep clean it, using the excuse of Covid for not having it available. Overall, this was one of the worst and most costly experiences and is sooooo not worth it. I'm out hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a vandalized car and being stranded at the airport in the middle of the night - I wish I had just parked my car at the airport instead of staying here. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We made a quick trip to Omaha with the family in the location of the hotel is perfect and the shuttle made it so easy to get around without having to use a car. We did have an issue with our room that was not something the staff could control, but once we brought it to their attention, they handled the situation as quickly as possible and made things right for our family. We will definitely stay at this hotel again due to them going above and beyond to take care of us!

Amazing stay! Not only did we get a room upgrade, we also got help with charging our iPhones. We felt like our suite was at condo level of amenities and space.Also, we appreciated the free airport shuttle to and from the airport. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend others to do the same
