I really enjoyed my stay at Caesar Metro Taipei and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and it was always nice coming back to the hotel after a long day out. The bed was comfortable too, and overall the room felt like a proper place to rest and recharge. The location was also very convenient for getting around Taipei, with the train station nearby and plenty of food options around the area. Despite being in a busy part of the city, the hotel itself felt comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was generally very fuss-free. I especially appreciated the comfort of the hotel after some very long days during this trip. Overall, a really pleasant stay and easily one of the hotels I would return to when I’m back in Taipei. 😊

Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

It never felt like the usual scripted hotel service — there was a sense of sincerity and thoughtfulness in the way they interacted with guests. Sometimes, it is the little things that make a hotel memorable, and the team here made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The hotel is also beautifully designed, comfortable and conveniently located, but honestly, it was the people who made this stay special for me. I have stayed at many hotels, but not every hotel leaves you with a feeling of warmth after you leave. Hotel Resonance Taipei did. Thank you to the team for the wonderful hospitality. The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of Taipei 101 in the distance. The room had a convenient table, perfect for a quick bite or a drink. Since it was an anniversary celebration, the hotel kindly provided a bottle of champagne, which really set a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all polite and had excellent service. And the breakfast was really good too! ♡

Each floor had its own water dispenser, and the sixth floor offered a free kids' play area, a gym, and a sparkling water machine. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Throughout my stay, I had to repeatedly request housekeeping, yet my room was still not cleaned as expected. More seriously, there was even an occasion when I needed to use the bathroom and discovered that there was no toilet paper available. I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the front desk. However, despite making a formal complaint, the exact same problem occurred again the following day. At that point, this could no longer reasonably be considered a simple oversight or an isolated housekeeping mistake. The hotel had already been made aware of the problem, yet nothing appeared to have been done to prevent it from happening again. The most disappointing part is that these issues continued until the day I checked out. After repeatedly reporting the same problems without seeing any meaningful improvement, I eventually stopped complaining simply because I no longer believed that doing so would make any difference. A hotel may occasionally make a mistake — that is understandable. What is unacceptable is failing to correct a problem after a guest has already brought it to management's attention. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication between departments, inadequate supervision, and a lack of accountability at the management level. Basic housekeeping and essential bathroom supplies are not unreasonable requests. They are fundamental standards that guests should be able to expect without having to repeatedly chase the hotel for them. What concerns me most is that the hotel appeared to have multiple opportunities to correct the situation, yet failed to do so.
