Hotel berhampiran Handmade Workshop Tatsubo, Onna

I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

The location is good, right at the middle of the Okinawa island. Service was extremely good; staff was always helpful. Room was a little bit old but everything was in good condition.

We went there for personal trip and had good relaxation at the hotel. We were concern the pool scale but there are many pool types and some is enjoyable for adults. Also we can go through to the beach directly from the pools. You have to pay attention to the inside pool is paid pool. The one thing I want to point out is the staff attitude at reception desk. Once we check in, it seems the staff irritated for something and no smile. For the explanation of facilities is also not enough. This is little disappointment for us.

隣のアクアセンスがとても良かったので、今回カフーリゾートのホテル棟に泊まりました。ロビーは一般的なホテルとは違い、カーテン付きの区切られたソファなどがあり、居心地がいいと思います。デイベッド？もあり、寛いで寝そべっているカップルや、観光の相談をしている家族などを目にしました。エレベーターホールは屋内、部屋に行くには吹き抜けの廊下を通ります。すぐ近くの部屋だったから良かったですが、今回の寒波で震えました（笑）でも部屋のドアは廊下に面してないので、バタン！とドアが閉まらない様に工夫されています。玄関で靴をぬぎ素足で寛げます（もちろんスリッパ完備）傘も人数分用意されているので便利です。スイートなので、寝室は別です。ベッドも広く良く眠れました。リビングにはネットフリックスも見れる大型テレビがあり、ソファでのんびりできます。キッチン付きでした。私たちは食事を部屋でしませんでしたが、電化製品も借りられるので、特に小さな子供さんがいるなら、上手に計画をたてられたら良いと思います。冷蔵庫（冷凍室あり）電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、ドルチェは完備です。炊飯器、食器一式も借りられますが、在庫が無ければ無理かもしれません。そして1部屋につき４点までです。事前にサポートアイテムをチェックされることをお勧めします。ベランダにはデイベッドが置いてあり、寒くなかったらお昼寝してました（笑） 今どこのホテルでも取り組んでいますが、当然清掃はお断りしました。いつもは１０００円ですが、今は２０００円のホテルクーポンがもらえました。なんとタオル、アメニティの補充、ゴミ回収はしてもらえます！私たちは、２日間で４０００円もらえました。他のホテルはタオル交換や備品補充はしてくれないので、カフーはすごく良心的です！ 食事は、アネックス棟の和食、ホテル棟の洋食があります。カートも出してくれますが、震えながら歩いて和食に行きました。豚しゃぶ！！テーブルに出汁の入った鍋を用意してあるので、野菜や肉を取ってきてしゃぶしゃぶします。もし、３人以上なら鍋を２つ用意してくれるので、野菜用と豚肉用に分けたらアクに邪魔されず美味く食べれると思います。タレはゴマとポン酢。その他にも琉球料理もあるので、とても朝食とは思えないような楽しい食事ができます。翌日は寒さに負けてホテル棟の洋食にしました。来てよかった～！！ここも美味い！品数は多いとは言えませんが、丁寧に作られています。紅芋ポテト美味い。翌日も行きましたが、スープがミネストローネがクラムチャウダーに変わっていました。タコライスやベーグルサンドも作れます。トッピングも多いです。ここのスタッフとても気さくです。ホテル棟２階にデリがありました。残念ながら一度も利用しませんでしたが、とっても美味そうでした。次は食べます！BBQのブルーも最高です。娘の誕生祝いに使いましたが、線香花火付きの誕生日プレートを出してくれ大喜びしました。 ４月、５月とすでに予約しましたが、立地、価格、特に食事！最高なホテルを見つけました。

(ロケーション) 那覇空港から車で約1時間 恩納村の中心地の高台にあり入口が分かりづらいので ｶﾌｰ ﾘｿﾞｰﾄ ﾎﾃﾙを目印にすると隣なので良いと思います。 ホテル外で食事する時かなりの坂道を登り降りしないとなりません帰りは ﾎﾃﾙに送迎してくれる居酒屋さんがいいと思います。 (フロント) 入口から入ると正面にはラウンジがありフロントが見つからない❗ 右側の奥まった所にベルデスクの様な2箇所のデスクがフロントなのでちょっと見つけ難い。 対応は良くｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸやお好みのｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰのﾊﾞｽｿﾙﾄのいただけます。 (客室) ｵｰｼｬﾝﾃﾗｽDX ﾙｰﾑ 56㎡+18㎡ﾃﾗｽ ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰ 広々したｵｰｼｬﾝﾋﾞｭｰのお部屋は落ち着いたトーンと言うよりハッキリとしたブルーカラーで好みは別れそう。 ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰが設置されたﾃﾗｽからはビーチや夕日も望めます。お湯張に少し時間がかかりますのでご参考に。 勿論 室内にも立派なバスルームもついてますので安心。 (レストラン) 1階 琉球 ﾁｬｲﾆｰｽﾞ『ボンファイアー』ここは朝食から本格的な中華料理が頂けます どのホテルに泊まっても代わり映えのしないビュッフェが多いですがここはとても個性的で楽しい食事が提供されます。 (アクアプール) プールと水盤とｼﾞｴｯﾄﾊﾞｽを組み合わせた独特の雰囲気のリゾートエリア。 プールバーや ﾘｸﾗｲﾆﾝｸﾞｿﾌｧ-でゆっくりと寛げます。 夜にはプール全体がブルーにﾗｲﾄｱｯﾌﾟされとても綺麗です。 是非 早めに ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝしてﾎﾃﾙﾗｲﾌを満喫してもらいたいホテルです。 ＊コスパがとても高くこの料金でこれだけの内容は感動的。 名前だけの高級ﾎﾃﾙにはもう泊まれなくなります。

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Additionally, the restaurant offers kid-friendly cutlery, making dining with children more convenient and enjoyable. 地理位置 - 8/10：該酒店距離那霸機場約1小時車程，附近沒有太多的餐廳或商店。 服務標準 - 8.5/10：前台工作人員非常友好，始終面帶微笑。然而，在早餐服務方面可能還有改進的空間，因為看起來他們可能人手不足。提升服務水平或增加員工將會有所助益。 客房 - 10/10：客房寬敞且看起來很新。似乎所有客房都能欣賞到壯觀的海景。 停車 - 10/10：停車場每天收取1000日元的合理費用。它位於酒店方便的位置，步行僅需5分鐘，停車位充足。此外，酒店還提供頻繁的往返酒店和停車場的交通服務。 環境 - 10/10：周圍環境保持良好，設施乾淨且狀態良好。 親子友好 - 10/10：該酒店非常親子友好。辦理入住手續時，前台工作人員為我的兒子提供了一個兒童包，且設施貼心地為孩子們量身設計。此外，餐廳提供兒童專用餐具，使與孩子一起用餐更加方便和愉快。

ガラガラな時期に行きました。 丸ごとキャンピングカータイプの部屋で、そのまま運転したくなる感じ。 バスルーム、トイレがあるのが驚き。 四人は寝られる仕様となってます。 二階のロフト風にベッドわくわくしました。 コンロはないけど水が出せるシンクはあり、ポットもありました。 自家用車は隣に停められます。 広々とした施設で、確か受付近くにコインランドリーもありました。 食事は近場でお店を探して食べました。 狭いけど居心地よく、なかなか面白い体験ができました。

有很大停車場，即使酒店外面停車場已滿，會有工作人員按排前往另一個地方泊車 會有接駁巴士來往私人海灘，如果不想去海灘，酒店內有一個泳池及按摩池，另有自費溫泉♨️ 游水後泳衣可以使用酒店投幣式洗衣機洗，ocean town 2洗衣房比較焗，建議前往ocean town 1洗衣房有冷氣比較舒適 如果打算一整天待在酒店玩水，其實不錯，因為酒店有便利商店，有餐廳，酒吧，還有體驗活動。 美中不足的是房間床褥及梳化比較多塵暪，因為我和老公坐在梳化和睡在床上感覺非常痕癢。可以的話自備一次性床單，枕頭袋及被袋。 其他一切都很好👍🏻

Despite some language barriers, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. While not offering an extensive variety, the dishes were delicious and provided the necessary energy for a day of activities. However, it's worth mentioning that the surrounding area lacks shopping options, with only the hotel and a convenience store nearby. On the bright side, there's a fantastic steakhouse and a traditional Okinawan dining spot just across the road. The only downside was a minor hiccup with the room arrangement. Despite booking for two single beds and an extra bed for my daughter, we were only provided with two single beds. This inconvenience led me to deduct one star from my rating. Overall, the Okinawa Best Western offers a pleasant beachside retreat with friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. Just double-check your room arrangements to avoid any surprises.
