The phone in the room is broken The people next door was really loud in the middle of the night And the front desk clerk was not familiar with the system The stay was very tiring

Amazing hotel in an amazing location very clean quiet and good amenities I was really impressed with the service and the staff I felt like they went above and beyond it was a great stay the rooms were clean the beds were very soft in the bathroom was plenty big enough for me and my two small children 

I had never gone on a trip for more than a week. This trip was for 2 1/2 weeks. So, I packed for a year. LOL😄😄😄 I felt so bad for the staff because they were so kind to help me with my luggage. Thank you for being so patient. My luggage was so heavy. When I weighed my luggage it the airport, one weighed 9 lbs over recommended weight. So, I just want to apologize to your staff. Thank you!!!

Ok no more then ok

The environment is really good and the air is fresh. I will stay here again in the future! It can almost be regarded as a base camp in Ontario. It is only 1.5 kilometers away from the airport! Very convenient!

I will never come again!! Blacklist!! Pros: Beautiful environment Cons: 1. Stayed for three days, the room was not cleaned, I called to ask and found out that I had to order it myself 2. Breakfast was included when I bought it, but it was not a buffet, the set meal was terrible, it was a blind box 3. Too remote, no one answered the Uber, and I had to wait for 20 minutes 4. Such an expensive hotel, put two bottles of water for four US dollars each, from San Francisco to Miami, never encountered this

Convenient transportation, suitable for business trips

Love the garden and swimming pool. Highly recommend booking a twin room

The hotel service attitude is very good. We are a family trip. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is convenient for children to play.

The hotel looks high-end, but the facilities are a bit old. It doesn't look like a resort hotel. Generally speaking, it is not suitable for business or short stay.

Overall OK, bedding is poor

The hotel is too big. I was afraid of getting lost even when I was at the front desk going to the room. The service attitude of the restaurant in the hotel is not very good.
