Hotel berhampiran Pacific Plaza, Ontario

A nice hotel just across the road from the mall. It was really nice and convenient for us!

I had a great time. I had just stood there 1 day and it was so clean, smelled clean, no problems at all. I'll be staying here while I'm in the area from now on

很近機場，可以按時段電話約shuttle。我停留時間短，步行範圍什麼都沒找到。房間寬敞，乾淨，咖啡壺，冰箱，微波爐都有，打開自來水時氯氣味道有點大，除此之外沒有異味。樓下有餐廳和自助小雜貨店，前台有一位亞裔小伙正在學中文，非常熱情。

Stayed so we didn't have to drive after Halloween party. Hotel is convenient for on/ off access to freeway, Employees were friendly, Hotel was clean but screamed Remodel Me , Not a pretty place, but good service, clean room , and Dennys next door

Very nice property for the area, do not get me wrong the area is not bad but if you are in Pomona on business then this is a nice property to stay with nice pleasant touches to the various rooms, although the balcony rooms are nice if you are staying for a couple days or more and Lawn view rooms are not a bad touch too. Clean and quiet will stay again when in the area.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. It would have been so easy for this to be a five star, but they still get 4. As a minor issue: I used the noble check in and despite it saying on the app that you can proceed directly to the room, I had to go to the desk for them to check my ID. I used the mobile check in all the time and never have to do this at other properties. Why even offer it if you have to go to the desk anyway? Room was clean but smaller than I am used to at Hampton Inn. Everything was nice but no fridge or microwave, both of which I normally see at Hampton Inns. Breakfast was the normal Hampton breakfast, with a nice surprise that they had delicious pastries from a local bakery. There is a mall across the parking lot and two restaurants just a short walk away. We ate dinner at the hot pot place and enjoyed it.

環境整潔，停車場空間大，大廳有供應草本水，距離鬧區近，步行亦可到達，附近的Bird House餐廳，炸雞很好吃，推薦！

Not bad but not horrible either… weird front desk staff interaction but they got me a shuttle to the airport and a decent room for cheap.
