Hotel location is beautiful. Food is excellent, staff is very cooperative, can visit again and again . Nursery maintained by hotel is beautiful. Large number of variety of plant in the nursery. Garden maintained is beautiful. Swimming pool was under renovation

Been a frequent guest since 97 , it's always been our first preference for family vacation . The service and hospitality of the staff is always exceptional, rooms are cozy with beautiful view over looking the mountains. The food at toda cafe is delicious. All of the staff are welcoming and make sure our stay is comfortable. The staff provide exceptional service particularly Mr. Vinod, Ms. Angel, Mr. Shekar have always been incredible . We requested for a room decoration for parent's anniversary celebration, the service was top notch, the decoration and flowers were decorated beautifully more than what we expected. Ms. Angel and Mr. Shekar went way ahead in helping us with the surprise decoration we asked for. We are really glad with our decision when it comes to booking our stay at Gem park ooty.

It goods exprience to be stay in gem park i was my 1st time to visit to ooty enjoyed alot fooding also good, behaviour of staff was also good,children enjoyed alot.Thank you for helping us making life time memories...Just didn't got perfect south indian food please try to give fooding suggestions to tourists just like for places you do...

Don't miss out Gem Park when you visit Ooty. The food was amazing. Excellent bed with neat and tidy room. Zeal staffs, great viewpoint of city. These are not complete if i didn't mention Mam Angel (reception) her smile warmly welcome me and that reflect homely stay.

Hotel and rooms were good Nice location and view point. Service was on time and satisfactory. Only food need to be improved. Arrangements and staffs were good. Great hospitality great view from the room tganks to gem park we would like to come again

We had a wonderful experience staying at Gem Park Resort in Ooty. The resort offered breathtaking views from our room, making our stay truly memorable. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property is well-maintained, and the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend Gem Park Resort to anyone visiting Ooty. We’ll definitely be returning!

It was a fantastic business trip we had and the facilities were amazing. The staffs were very cordial and conduct of the program was very smooth. Look forward to attend similar programs in future and a vacation with family as well. Will come again.
