At Hotel Welbeck Residency we has wonder full stay. We booked directly with hotel and as soon as we entered the hotel the ambiance was nice. They welcomed us with smile and made our Check in process smooth and quick. The room they allotted to us neat and clean. We ordered our dinner in the service the food was ok & service was prompt.

Poor ***agement and staff. No hygiene. No breakfast on time. No staff at the reception in morning and night. Restaurant people are very rude and arrogant

The hotel has excellent hospitality and amenities. The hotel staff were well trained and very cooperative. The food was very good. Prince room stay was quite beautiful.. A must stay for anyone visiting Ooty either as couple or as family.. 😍

Nice stay with family. Enjoyable stay overall. Nice view from room. Very good hospitality. Well maintained and well know staffs. Comfortable stay. Good food. Hotel is located in the centre of the city. Food quality and quantity is too good.

Nice rooms. Rooms are neat and clean. Very cooperative staffs. All tourist places are near to the Hotel. Hospitality is excellent. . .,. All the staffs are friendly and kind. Parking facility is good. Must visit Hotel Welbeck Residency.

Ambience was amazing. Had a pleasant stay. Sarika mam and rest of the staff were very polite and cooperative. Rooms were very neat and clean. The restaurant served delicious food. Highly recommended
