Grand Hotel Adriatic

Hi everyone I ride from Amsterdam to Croatia and Booked this hotel for one night stay. Soon as the checking everything was fine we felt welcomed and the staff was very professional. Barbara the front office agent explained us everything we need to know about the hotel and surrounding areas. The room the spa and the breakfast were all great, unfortunately the next day the spa was out of order. But Barbara send a champagne to our room for an apology and as an compensation and she even went a step further and helped us with some additional compensation And she made sure that we left the hotel in a good mood. Would definitely recommend and I hope I'll be back soon !

I've enjoyed very much the wellness and spa of the hotel at 8 th flour. It's very quiet and private, at least in the week days. The swimming pool and jacuzzi have sea water. The view for jacuzzi is spectacular. two saunas. I must recommend the masseuse Samir at the Spa.One of the best massages I've ever had. Hotel is lovely. Great breakfast.

I didn't even manage to stay at this place because the hotel canceled my reservation seven days after I paid and few days before our arrival date. I had already bought the plane tickets which have now gone to waste. There was no apology,no explanation at all. The message I received was only that the hotel won't be open for my selected dates. Interestingly, Booking says they're sold out - I guess they wanted to give my reservation to a more important guest. Still waiting to see if I'll get my money back.

The most beautiful spa center view ever seen. Sauna, jacuzzi, pool all with view on sea...Breakfast offer excellent, rooms very clean, private parking. Nice bar, good music in the bar, great staff, enjoyed staying here.

there are two hotels in the same location' I was gest at "Grand Hotel Adriatic I" the 4 star hotel. I stayed at the hotel, the hotel is beautiful and nice, but during the vacation I tripped on an invisible slope in the floor near the elevator, the light bulbs were burned out and the place was very dark, one of the staff members offered help, I broke my leg and was rushed to the orthopedic depar**ent where I was casted and then flown back to my country, the management took responsibility however She did not apologize or compensate in any way, even in the slightest. I spent two months at home without being able to move around, just a shame, the hotel is definitely not recommended!

The room was smaller than we expected, but had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable. The wellness centre was very good. And spacious. We had breakfast and dinner here, both Buffett style and a lot of choice.

the hotel itself is beautiful! (location, food and structure are excellent) but the service has let us down since the check-in! after a long tiring drive from the UK to Croatia finally arrived at the hotel at 9:15pm we had a very bad welcome from KATERINA, who wanted to charge us for a dinner for three people while the restaurant was already closed by 9pm! but above all a hallucinating confusion! very rudely Katerina told us that we had to pay 130€ of dinner because she didn't know how to cancel it! after that another colleague arrived to save the situation by keeping us waiting for more than half an hour and in the end she made us pay for two 4-star rooms but she made us stay in the 3-star ones! since the receptionists created confusion with the system the next day we found ourselves doing another check-in but thanks to ANGELA's professionalism and long-term experience she fixed everything! however when we had to make the payment the manager RADOVAN LAZIĆ got in the way with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism regarding my questions why I was paying for 4 stars rooms while she was again accommodating me in 3 stars with WRONG price she commented raising her voice that we are not at the fish market judging my gaze saying "don't make those faces with me" I felt very uncomfortable especially because for the rest of the days I stayed there I never felt looked at with extreme nastiness like she did!! this is really unprofessional and horrible! i have traveled the world and i have never had such an experience, i wanted to have a nice holiday but they really ruined my mood!

The website gives an impression of a modern facility with great rooms and great spa. In reality it is not exactly that The staff are great. Very kind and helpful Food is great for meat lovers, if you have other diets, you will be disappointed or hungry. Reception, hallway and restaurant look really nice and seem to be recently renovated, while rooms are pretty “tired” (stayed at junior suite). Spa looks nice on pictures, but the facilities can be crowded and is hard to find a place to rest. Finnish sauna is special, other two nothing special and poorly maintained (things not working, falling off). At the time of writing this the showers in the entire spa area were not operating. The staff told us it happens regularly due to low pressure. Been here first time and do not plan returning.

Beautiful location, but the property is showing its age. In need of renovation, painting, new carpets, etc. Most of the staff is great, but some of the workers in customer service areas (e.g., bar) worked to not make eye contact and give great service.
