My stay at Springhill Suits got off to an interesting start. A power outage left the hotel and the vicinity around it without electricity, so when I arrived the place was pitch black. My first instinct would have been to request to be transferred to another Marriott property, but because we were jetlagged we decided to stay. Nina, the hotel manager, was extremely polite and professional. She got us checked in and gave us lanterns and extra water. The next day municipal services restored power and the rest of our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious. The one we stayed in had the trundle bed, where the softa converts into a daybed and another mattress slides out from under the sofa. This set up allowed for our two small children to sleep comfortably, one on top of the sofa and another on the slide-out mattress. The room was also equipped with a microwave and a fridge. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the tram service that operates between the Disney parking facilities and Disneyland Resort. Hotel breakfast is served close to the lobby. The options are basic but very good. My kids loved spreading nutella on their waffles!

We had stayed at this property a few years ago and were satisfied with it enough to come back. Primary reason for picking it is proximity to family we were visiting. Check-in was mediocre. We're old and were tired from our flight and all the things that go with it. There was a sign that all stays were charged a ”pending” charge of $250 in case there was smoking in the room. There was no problem having it disappear from our credit card --but that's just plain tacky. We've been Hilton Honors members for over 20 years. I had to remind the clerk that we were Diamond members and that he was supposed to acknowledge it. The hotel itself was the same as a few years ago, but it did look like it could use some delayed maintenance. For example, the toilet paper holder seemed like it was ready to fall off. There was plenty of parking. The breakfasts were well done (typical) Hampton. The staff was friendly--clerk at check-in was probably new. We would seriously consider staying here again when we're in the area.

Nice hotel. Right across the street from Disney so getting to the park was a pretty short walk. Ate at some of the restaurants next to the hotel so there's plenty of food. Room was clean and AC worked. Showers and toilets worked. Front lobby had coffee and assorted creamers. Parking was easy. Overall a good trip. Wanted to try the hot tub but after a couple 11 hour days at the parks a shower and sleep won out. Stayed at the BW a couple Doors down last time so both BW are a good place to stay.

WARNING !!!!! EXTREMELY LOUD “ALL DAY” BANGING AND DRILLING!! Went for a visit with my son to relax. Arrived to the room in the afternoon, could barely have a conversation in the room, due to loud construction!!!!! Next morning, NO SLEEPING IN!!!! 8:40am drilling, right near to my head!!!! Scared me to death!!! I contacted the hotel via email/website 2 times! No response! We then wanted an afternoon nap…NOT HAPPENING!!! I asked for some type of compensation??? Also, the shower would not drain! So gross, a super quick shower is all we got, or the water would have flowed into the entire bathroom!!!!! And it took the water to drain, 40 min. Before anyone else could shower!!!!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING???? I had no warning from the hotel, it would be under constant construction for the 4 straight days, I booked!!!! And no deposit returned!!!!!!! I

Tempat tidurnya sukar, yang menyukarkan untuk tidur jika anda tidur sampingan. Saya barli tidur dan terbangun kerana sakit belakang. Great location to the disney parks. We loved that there was many choices for breakfast and we could take fruit and muffins for a snack. The bed was one if the comfiest ive slept in when staying at a hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My spouse and I had a great stay at the Best Western Palm Garden Inn. We loved the friendly staff and the free breakfast. It was crowded but but not too bad. The location really was ideal for us given that we were attending an expo at the Anaheim convention near by. The rates were fantastic and our room was so spacious. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town.
