The room is spacious, and the location is great—just a 2-minute walk to the MRT station and 5 minutes to The Curve, IPC Shopping Centre, and IKEA. Shopping and dining options nearby are incredibly convenient. The pool is decent. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the towels are old and yellowed. The buffet breakfast selection is just average; it can't compare to One World Hotel's breakfast. But then again, given the price, there's not much to complain about. If convenience is your top priority, this hotel is a good choice!

I recently stayed at M Hotel for a weekend staycation and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was swift and the staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the blackout curtains were a blessing. The bathroom was well-appointed with excellent water pressure in the shower – a small detail that makes a big difference! The location is a major plus. It's situated in a fantastic area with easy access, making it a breeze to get into the city center. For food and shopping, you're spoilt for choice. The iconic The Curve, IKEA, and IPC are all within a short, pleasant walk. We didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but we peeked in and both looked very well-maintained and inviting. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member we encountered, from housekeeping to the concierge, was polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort. I highly recommend M Hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It offers fantastic value for money, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur!

I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

Loved everything about Hilton Petaling Jaya: warm service, comfy room, and a great breakfast spread. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Can’t wait to be back!

The employees name of Al Amin is impolite during breakfast registration counter said that can’t wear hotel provided shoes to enter in dining area, I am understanding but can you talk nicely and smile to us since you are frontliner? I felt uncomfortable the way you shouting to us!

During my stay for 6 days and 5 night, I was truly impressed by the housekeeping service. The front desk team was efficient and always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, making dining a pleasant experience. A special appreciation to the housekeeping team, who ensured my room was spotless and comfortable every day. What made the stay memorable was not just the facilities, but the people. Their friendliness, dedication, and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you.

Stayed here many times and always clean, service wonderful. My child loves it here too! So convenient to be so near a mall with everything we need.

We booked for our girlfriend’s bride to be night ? I have called the reception at golden palm tree resort twice before arrival for decoration for my girlfriend celebration but when we enter the villa , no decoration, my girlfriends were angry with me and I was upset ! Furthermore I paid for 5 adults for 2 bedroom villa , the extra bed is not even prepared yet ! And buggy took so long to fetch us from our villa for breakfast and checkout , waited approximately 15- 20 minutes . Breakfast selection was good

Comfortable and value for money. The downside are mainly on services. I have to call the maintenance and housekeeping for few times to attend some problems occur during my stay. They only attend after few hours being called. Others are great. Spacious room and spacious bathroom with bathtub!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's so underrated – the photos truly don't do it justice. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have a really grand feel. They have a well-equipped, professional-grade gym, and there's a lovely landscaped waterfall outside, which is just perfect for enjoying a drink. The shuttle service is incredibly efficient, taking you directly inside the airport. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service. The ambiance is great, and they even have Chinese-speaking staff.
