When we booked there were not written that we have to l Pay deposit . I booked on the behalf of the company for our worker Guy in the Reception didn’t allow our worker to enter to the room unless we pay deposit it is not professional to do this . We have paid the hotel and not able to enter .it is first time which has been faced with hotel that they require deposit when we booked with Trip.com I hope and believe that service will be approved Thanks in advance for consideration

DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE, ROOMS, TOWELS, SHEETS WERE DISGUSTING, I WAS SWITCHED TO A ROOM WITH ROACHES, AND WAS TOLD HOW ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE, SWITCHED ROOM, AND HAD FILTHY TOWELS AND SHEETS, AND WAS TOLD HOW THEY WERE JUST STAINED, MY BASED HAD HAIR IN IT, JUST A TOP SHEET ON THE BED, AND DIRTY MATTRESS COVER UNDER, THE BLANKET, AND COMFORTER WERE NOT FRESH OR CLEAN, HAD TO BUY MY OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS, FRONT, MAINTENANCE STAFF AS WELL AS MANGER JUAN WERE RUDE AND DISGUSTING, BASICALLY WAS TOLD TO KISS THEIR BUTTS WHOLE TRULY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AFTER, THAT NIGHT I WAS TOLD HOW THEY DON'T HAVE TIME TO CONTINUE TO SWITCH ROOMS, I SWEAR CHANGED 4 TIMES, NO WORKING AC, SEVERAL AND I DO MEAN SEVERAL PEOPLE HAD COMPLAINTS ALL VALID COMPLAINTS, THEY SWITCHED ANOTHER GUEST TO A ROOM THEY HAD ME IN FIRST, AND KNEW WAS FILTHY, WORST HOTEL, WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN, BUT WHEN THE MANAGER IS A DISGUSTING PERSON, HOW CAN THE STAFF BE ANY BETTER, THEY ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT MY STAY IS IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE VENUE I WAS GOING TO FOR A CONCERT IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, AND LEAVE A REVIEW I WOULD

Lokasinya bagus, kebersihannya bagus ketika itu tetapi satu-satunya masalah yang kami hadapi kerana mereka menukar jadual untuk taman Disney dan Universal pada pertengahan minggu dan tidak memberitahu kami tentang perkara ini.
