The room we had was awesome, very spacious, full kitchen, separate lounge and bedrooms. The grounds were well maintained with great facilities and activities for families

This was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening. Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess. Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific. It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg. I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

The resort was clean and had security! The only thing is that there are renovations going on so my balcony view was bad and you were woken to machines working nearby!

I went in February 2023, location is decent, not too far from I drive and across the road from the orange county convention centre which is wonderful to look at especially at night. The building is very modern and up to date. Rooms The rooms are extremely spacious with all the comforts that anyone can ask for (being florida you will fall in love with the air con) Tv was a smart tv so can log into the normal streaming apps and has the normal cable style tv. The bed was extremely comfortable not too hard yet not too soft and my head sank into the pillows, this was perfect after a long flight. Kitchen is the perfect size with a fridge freezer, cooker, cutlery glasses cups plates etc etc, coffee making machine and complimentary coffee which you can ask for more if needed. Dining room table big enough for 6 people The bathroom/shower room made me feel like a king (if you have a lot of money you would probably not notice how nice it is as you would be used to it). On the ground floor there are Plenty of activities (e.g pool table and gym), it has a kids playground so they won’t get board. The pool is an adequate size with a nice temperature too it and a hot tub to the side though this obviously gets busy. Pleanty of seating around the outside of the pool with a few BBQs ready for use and a lovely fountain. In the lobby, very comfortable seating for when you are waiting for either someone checking in or a ride somewhere, some flavoured water available for free, this area is used for the superbowl which was an amazing time. There are a few computers in the lobby however most people would most likely have their own tech. The bar was expensive and the breakfast I had was like it came from a burger van at monsters of rock festival so would not recommend for the breakfast but they did make up for it on the dinner. Finally in terms of positive feedback the staff were fantastic and very welcoming I felt if I had any issues I could approach any one of them Without feeling uncomfortable. Cons The main issue I had was the cancellation of the bus to the airport or parks be it Disney or universal as they said it’s better to get an Uber, that is most likely good for a family however if you are a solo traveler and don’t want the expense of a car, the fact they have a big sign to show they can get you park tickets yet won’t provide the actual transport is well in your face to be honest so -1 for making me moan. All in all 4 stars and look forward to going back.

We had our do not disturb sign on the first two days for the week since we just arrived we didn't need house keeping. We took it off and then they never came for the rest of the week to clean it. We even had them clean the room across from us and we left to go to the pool. Theu saw us leave and still didn't bother cleaning. We had to reuse towels and had mounds of garbage at this point. When we checked out we told them and they gave us 25 dollar credit. They said we still should've had housekeeping come at least 1 time when we were there. Bed was not comfy at all. Also something paranormal was moving chairs around in our dining room. At first we thought it was someone above us but it was unfortunately not. Only rated it 2 because the location was nice. Everything else not so much.
