Hotel Home2 Suites by Hilton di Orlando

Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Ia mengambil masa hanya 10 minit untuk memandu ke Universal Studios. Ia sangat mudah. Terdapat publix berdekatan, makanan penuh, pasar raya Wal-Mart, dan banyak restoran berdekatan. Saya memesan suite hotel. Kemudahan di dalam agak lama, tetapi ia masih sangat bersih. Peti sejuk, microwave dan dapur semua tersedia. Tidak ada masalah untuk membuat perkara mudah sendiri. Sarapan pagi dihidangkan sangat awal. Dari Isnin hingga Jumaat, dari 7:00 hingga 8:30, turun ke bawah untuk ke kotak makan tengah hari. Ada sarapan panas, buah-buahan, yogurt dan sebagainya. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah hotel yang bernilai untuk wang.

My stay at the hotel was from July 3 - 19 and they only had one washing machine working. I went to the reception to notify them and they told me that they only had one washing machine for the entire hotel. In the 16 days I was there, they never repaired the other washing machine and every time I went to wash they were using it, so I had to go outside the hotel to a laundry on 3 occasions to be able to wash my clothes. Because the washing machine on the third floor was never fixed. The breakfast is very good, but the employees must be attentive and clean the tables because sometimes the tables available to eat were dirty and I had to clean them to be able to sit and have breakfast.

Hotel doesn’t have free parking! Beware, 28$ a day for on site parking is a kinda joke

This is easily the best place to stay in Orlando. The staff is amazing. The layout, the room size, the pool, all wonderful, but it’s the staff that truly offers something unique. I travel to Orlando once a month and this place always impressed. The entire crew is always friendly and willing to help you, the housekeeping staff is truly top notch, the kitchen crew… I can’t say enough about them. You won’t regret choosing this hotel.

I want to give a big thank you to Oskar at the front desk of this property. We were at Homewood Suites 3 nights and in everyway Oskar could not have been more helpful ... starting with our check in. We are very light sleepers and need a room away from noise and the room assigned to us did not meet that criteria. Oskar looked, looked and looked until he found us a room which was perfect!! We slept like babies! This is a very nice hotel, clean, and all of the staff were very friendly! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here ... ask for Oskar at the front desk ... he was great!

June 8th arrived 2pm-I hate to leave a 1 Star review but my encounter with multiple calls to the front desk and shuttle driver upon arrival to Orlando was AWFUL. We were so excited as soon as we touched down in Orlando. Our smiles turned into frowns 40 mins later. I called before we left Texas to get procedures for shuttle pick up. She informed me to call Hotel as soon as we receive luggage then proceed to ground level. We did everything she informed us to do. It was around 2pm, I informed her we had our luggage she said shuttle would be there in 5 mins, that he had already left headed to airport and to be ready and for us to go to B40. 2:15, I called her back she said he would be there by 2:30pm, I called again at 2:45pm she said driver would arrive in 8 minutes. He didn’t arrive until after 3pm. We waited over an hour to be picked up. The clerk gave us the run around regarding shuttle arrival each time we called. This was very frustrating waiting in the heat this long when it could have been avoided . We could have paid an Uber or Lyft if we would have known we would be waiting this long. He missed out on a nice tip. Thank goodness we used a transportation company to take/pick us up to cruise terminal the next day. The room was ok, not clean as it could have been. The soap lotion dispenser was empty. We did the digital key therefore, we had no major encounter with the staff which is what we wanted at this point. BREAKFAST was ok. We both had gravy and biscuit. Due to our 1st encounter we won’t be staying at this location again. The drivers attitude was dry and nonchalant that he took an hour to pick us up from a hotel that was literally less than 10 mins away. He also stated that he only does MCO airport pick ups so do the math. It seems the front desk and driver are friends and covered for one another at our expense.
