Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld

Prepayment online was easy through Trip.com. Check in at the hotel was quick and all my questions were answered. Although no breakfast was not in my room package I was still charged a non-refundable amenities fee of 25. Not sure I have ever been charged a fee like that.  The room was great and spacious. When I noticed the front desk of a water problem with the shower they said they would get on it quickly. We only stayed one night. Once your door closes, you hear nothing! Great sound barrier. Even with the hurricane looming, the grounds were nice. Restaurant on the grounds was nice and the food was  good.

The buffet is super amazing ! The rooms are very clean. We only stayed one night but definitely a hidden gem in Orlando. Would recommend and would stay again .

We had an amazing experience! The service was amazing everyone was so friendly! So many activities to do at the resort, for both ourselves & the kids! Their breakfast buffet is so good especially the omelet station! Can’t wait to go back next spring!

Excellent service and friendly staff and their breakfast buffet is really good and the hot cookies are delicious with its melting chocolate I really recommend this hotel and the location in my opinion is great

I do not recommend this place. The facilities for a Hilton look dirty and neglected. The rooms are too cold and the bathroom is very small. There are hardly any towels. I chose it because it is a 4-star Hilton, but in reality it is a 2-star hotel. I did not like this hotel. I do not think I will stay here again. The only positive thing was the breakfast. It has a good buffet and the people are friendly.

Hotel is going under summer innovation so 100% is that to be expected however it was an overall good experience and I would definitely recommend staying there especially if you want to go to SeaWorld I was there for a conference facilities were good

It was a very pleasant stay. Very clean , quick check in .. even was given a cookie and some water at the front desk as i was being checked in. The resort is very close to SeaWorld. Literally a less than 1 mile.

The overall experience was nice. The rooms and restrooms could have been better and cleaner.

Wi-Fi was out in the room I was given I called the front desk and told them instead of fixing the problem. They said they would move me to another room to walk to the front desk. I explained I have an autistic child and this is very hard for me to go to the front desk. Can they bring a card for a new room? They said no I’ve got all my things walked to the front desk. They then gave me a room two doors down from the room. I was in and log all my stuff back through the property. After getting into the room, it had no Wi-Fi as well. I called again. They told me again, grab all my belongings and come to the front desk. I checked in at 7 PM. This went on till 9 PM. I went back to the front desk, and after waiting 20 minutes with my son, running amok a woman who works for the hotel, put me in a room, which she thought was very close. It turned out. It was a handicap room and it smelled like mildew and mold. After calling and explaining this again, they told me my option was to leave and ask her refund from trip.com.

Good money return awesome hospitality and clean units . Big n clean room with free car parking

No time to use the amenities. Corporate meeting. Appreciated not getting hit with a 'resort fee' that other hotels nearby were charging.

Surprised good price and location in August time. has to pay city tax.

The Hotel has two types of accommodations which I was unaware of prior to arrival. There is a Highrise hotel building and a low-rise building with outside entrances similar to a motel.I received a room in the motel section on the first floor. Although I was able to park close to the building, I had to walk quite a distance in the parking lot find an entry to a dimly lit walkway to the actual room. It was a bit spooky for a single female traveler. The room was large and appeared to be renovated but they did a poor job of cleaning up plaster on the bathroom floor and sink. Overall the room was not up to DoubleTree standards as far as cleanliness.
