去的第一天房間抽屜裏有別人的褲子，好惡心。wiif也不好用，提前訂4000一晚，當天訂3000。這是我住過最垃圾的ritz

Nice hotel but the staff are not prepared to handle the volume of guests around the holidays. Lines for everything and slow response times.

Carmen at the concierge's desk was particularly helpful to me for many of my questions and excursion needs.

I loved the property and the staff. My family was catered to in every way. From the valet, greeting, hospitality, room, room service and entertainment. Great facility. The only issue I had was I booked through ******* and my trip was paid for in full. I also got charged by the hotel for the same fee. I explained and produced the receipts to the staff only to get told that I would have to take the issue up with *******. There was no empathy or understanding of the issue, just cold and straightforward. What a damper to an otherwise nice experience.

A beautiful resort and surrounding area, staff were sooo nice and stay here was lovely!!

Service level around the pool was deplorable. Everyone was complaining . They include a 18% service charge… so there’s absolutely no incentive for these people to do a good job. Not what you would expect from a Ritz Carlton. Hotel had less than 50% occupancy and they put me in a third floor room looking straight into some palm trees. Absolutely no view. I know service in our country has nosedived, but you just don’t expect this from a Ritz Carlton. Very little attention to detail.

Overall wonderful stay, but finding pool seating when the hotel is full is a challenge, and the staff were not initially helpful. It took asking 3 people before we found someone working in the pool area that was willing to help us try to find open chairs. Additionally, be aware that the amenities are shared with the adjoining Marriott property, so the Ritz amenities can be unusable when both properties are busy.

minimal poolside service, for food and drink, 1 guy for each for whole pool, 1 hour to get drink

Everything to Meals to drinks was expensive to the point that you wanted to call somebody because it was price gouging

Rooms were great & customer service was amazing. Stayed at Waldorf a few months ago & their toilets bubbles & put water all over the floor..

Exceptional service-such a beautiful property. Everyone helpful and offer to assist with anything….so refreshing!

Dirty room, pretty tired hotel for the Ritz Carlton brand. Felt like a 3.5 star Marriott properly, not their flagship hotel. The resort images don’t represent what you actually get…..
