Ulasan Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel

Great hotel. Had a snack bar open for purchase when we were hungry after the restaurant closed at 11 PM. Was very clean. Had its own iron and ironing board which is helpful. Washroom is very clean. Guest services. Desk was very helpful. There is breakfast in the morning it was $17 for buffet and it was very good.

離機場距離近，有車接駁，房間大

老舊 很一般

離機場很近，適合晚上在奧蘭多機場過晚着陸過夜。

This property was clean, safe, and relaxing. I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered the doors. The staff went out of their way to help me. I was injured a few days before my visit and couldn't walk well and they provided parking and shuttles to make my stay very easy.

Front desk was very friendly. Lots of dining options a short walk away. Couple things in our room are a little beat up. But the room is clean. Close to the airport with shuttle service. All in all good experience.

First time staying here and we had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and nice! I would definitely stay again

First room we were assigned had a mix of ammonia and mold in the air. They did move us and the next room was pleasant. The building is showing signs of its age. Staff was very friendly and polite.

The valet walked right by us when we were pulling out bags etc. and didn’t ask if we needed valet services or anything, and walked far away for a while. Stood at the valet stand for at least 20 minutes. Told him we wanted valet and to leave the car for ten days. Charged my car and then handed me the ticket and told me to put it on the dash. Handed him the key and he said “oh, you want valet?” I honestly couldn’t even believe it and I was like YES, that’s what I originally said. Checkin to the hotel was great, and the man was very friendly and helpful. Then we got to the room and the tv wouldn’t connect to any apps saying there was no internet, so tried to watch regular cable, and that didn’t work either. Had to call the front desk, and they sent someone to fix the cable, but he couldn’t get the tv to connect to the internet either, but got the regular channels working. Went in the bathroom, and they only provided three towels, even though our reservation clearly stated we had four people. We stay here every time we fly in/out of Orlando, but it’s gone kind of downhill in the past year.

Hotel had clean comfortable beds, room was very spacious, bathroom was dated but in excellent nostalgic condition that we appreciated, close to airport shopping and restaurants, short shuttle ride to airport was fast and free.
