Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport Hotel

The service was excellent. Our bathroom needed some tending to (see pic below), -the staff were quick and courteous to come and repair both the slow running toilet and the broken shower gel. The cleaning staff were very through cleaning the tub from the resulting mold. It cost us an hour of our time all said and done. Then we were enjoyed the pool and had a great meal and service service at the bar lounge in the atrium.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Orlando because it’s close to the airport. The hotel was fine although a bit dated as many of the hotels in orlando are. The most disturbing thing however is the $20.00 parking fee for our rental car. I did not know about this when I booked this place and seems many of the hotels here are charging a similar fee. This is certainly one of the main differences compared to my last visit to Orlando when parking at hotels was free. I paid a total of $ 144.00 just in parking fees for 8 days.. Only at Disney hotels did we not pay a parking fee. You should include this on your website.

Company party Service, Food, location was prefect and our employees had an amazing time.

深夜零點到達的奧蘭多機場，於是走到酒店接待車候車區域才給酒店打電話。 可能的確太晚了，司機磨蹭了老半天才到，結果去酒店衹花了不到十分鐘。但考慮到人家深夜接機也挺辛苦，又是Christmas Eve，心甘情願給了小費。這家酒店設施比較新、大廳有一顆巨大的聖誕樹🎄非常漂亮！ 入住與退房，工作人員都主動塞了好吃的Cookie。因為衹待了不到九個小時，確實也還挑不出毛病。次日一早就被朋友接走了。

在奧蘭多轉機，選在這裏住一晚還是挺不錯的。酒店有接送機服務，但是需要打電話預約。英語不好的話，也可以寫郵件，客户回覆速度超快！接機的位置在level 1 ground transportation. 送機的班車大概30小時一趟，24小時服務，提前到酒店大堂等就可以了，10分鐘送到機場。

酒店寬敞乾淨，是個品牌酒店口碑很好，床是兩張1.5米的，可睡兩人，適合家庭三人入住，前台很熱情，還給了酒店製作的餅乾🍪，很貼心，酒店提供24小時的機場接駁，因為一早的航班，跟前台服務員預訂了早4點的shuttle bus，7分鐘可到機場B客運大樓，對於早航班的客人很方便。酒店周圍餐館有幾家，找了一家網紅餐館，走路大概十分鐘就到。

酒店有很嚴重的亂扣費問題！在攜程上訂的是31M的到酒店就會給你換成小房間，你要求大房間她們就要求加錢。後來不得不妥協住小房間！結果按金上面還被莫名其妙亂扣60美金！至今仍在打電話給酒店協商無果！酒店隔音很差！隔壁的聲音很大！

機場附近的酒店，也就那麼回事兒，航班臨時被改到第二天，臨時訂的酒店，一切都還行，國外的商旅酒店，都這樣，無功無過。

儘量別定這家酒店 如果一定要定入住是確定下房間 兩個房間中間是不是隔着一個門 隔壁房間一直在説話 到凌晨 跟在我房間説話一樣 好像坐了一晚上火車的感覺 簡直太差了
