Ulasan Hotel Monreale Express International Drive Orlando

Location is amazing, in the middle of everything. Check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly and polite. You should consider to stay for short Orlando visit.

Ficamos neste hotel pela primeira vez, porém não gostamos nem um pouco. O colchão a pessoa dormia com o barulho da mola, estavam trocando os colchões. Eu fiz a reclamação, depois de 5 dias que ocorreu a troca. Travesseiros péssimos. Meu filho deixou o chinelo na piscina, perguntou na recepção, que iriam ver nas câmeras, nada, ficou sem o chinelo. Minha esposa caiu saindo da parte da recepção, perto da piscina, tem um desnível, não muito alto, porém caiu, torceu o pé e bateu a cabeça na grade. Tivemos gastos com medicações ao lado, na Walgreens. Na hora vieram socorrer, até pegaram a cadeira de rodas. Porém no dia seguinte, nem vieram falar conosco, falta de empatia. Sempre fico no Rosen in, que é próximo deles, nunca tivemos problemas, todos os funcionários são americanos, nenhum Brasileiro. Achamos que neste hotel seria melhor por terem brasileiros ou pessoas que falavam português, porém, erramos. Agora se eu recomendaria o Hotel, não, não recomendaria.

Estávamos em 4 o pessoas (dois casais) em um quarto neste hotel. Instalações boas, principalmente comparadas com o padrão norte americano. A grande vantagem do hotel é que é um hotel brasileiro para brasileiros, com atendimento em português, o que facilita muito para quem não domina o idioma. Outro aspecto é que para não residentes nos Estados Unidos não há cobrança de caução na hospedagem, o que ajuda bastante a não deixar uns dólares presos com eles, ou o saldo do cartão ocupado com essa caução. Fica muito perto dos principais pontos de Orlando, na International Drive. Nos atendeu muito bem e o melhor preço saiu por aqui, pelo app da Trip.com.

You could hear all the sounds outside, even the conversations, but the worst was that of the cleaning assistant and you could always hear the sound and vibrations of the cleaning cart.

The hotel is okay for a short stay on a budget however there are homeless people whom enter the area and try to use the pulic bathroom hence the pool bathroom gets locked and the front desk staff do not open it so you stuck using one bathroom during your stay. The hotel is off of I4 highway. You can hear the cars zooming by all night. The walls are paper thin and on your first night its a big adjustment to get used to it. The pool area although we did not use it looked clean and well kept. Its not anything special of a hotel so if you looking for aomewhere only to sleep this place will do thankfully that is what we did, only used it as a place to sleep. The cleaning staff are nice mostly everyone in the staff does not speak English and do spanish. They are all courteous.

Old Hotel but well maintained with some renovations. Microwave doesn’t work and pillows were terrible

To begin the property doesn’t look like the photos, upon arrival we were greeted by staff so that was good. When we got to our room it was alright until we got the bathroom. The stainless steel was very rusty almost like it didn’t belong any more. Fast forward to the next morning, I spoke to one of the room service lady’s about getting some towels she said okay on second and never came back to the room. I stepped out and came back still to no towels as well as my room was not cleaned after calling to ask for it to be cleaned and replaced with new sheets. Later on that night I contacted the front desk about towels and the lady was very apologetic, she stated to come back to the front and she will take care of me. Upon arrival to the front seat she acted confused as if she did not get off the phone with me a second before. I was told “all of the wash cloths were dirty” and was handed big dry off towels. Over all I rate this visit a 4 out of 10. Definitely cheap but not worth the inconvenience.

Pictures are deceiving. This place should not be categorized as a hotel. It’s more of a pass through motel, at best. The lobby and dining area have been nicely renovated but only coats of new paint for the rooms. We had joining rooms with roaches in one of the rooms. Fortunately we only stayed for one night. I would not recommend staying here by any means.

We had a spider web in the ceiling corner of our room and in the morning we found a bug on the dresses by the tv. The pillows are horrible, they have such little stuffing they hardly were hardly size of a couch pillow. I asked for more pillows and the front desk said they didn’t have any more pillows available. There were only 4 in our room for a family of 4, and the 4 we had were horrible. They have one shuttle a day to and from the park. Hardly a shuttle service. The walls are so thin. You can hear every cart and person walking by the room. The lobby is nice, definitely surprised when the room looked the way it did.

Me and my boyfriend strayed here for a week for spring break it was a wonderful experience. Staff was nice, breakfast was delicious and overall great experience. If want a place within Walking distance of Universal on budget this place is for you. Will definitely be back.

It's fairly a good hotel for this price. Located in a safe and nice area. Staffs were very nice. The room was nice and clean other than few minor issues. It was a nice stay as a whole.
